This renovated cottage is a stunning five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom beach house that comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests. The owners have echoed the classic Seaside family cottage with its screened-in front and back porches, multiple rocking chairs, ceiling fans, and a delightful hanging double swing. Light-stained wood floors are throughout the cottage, inviting you to toss your shoes aside and call this a barefoot holiday.

Biscuits is a Forest Street favorite with highlights that include its original timber shiplap detailing, subway tile and luxury fixtures and accessories throughout the cottage. Enjoy a completely renovated kitchen on the main level, which includes a French door fridge and freezer, gas cooktop, 24” microwave, and the addition of a 5 cu ft capacity 30” wall oven, more than sufficient for baking a 24-pound Thanksgiving turkey for twelve.  There is an expansive stone-topped island with bar stools for easy conversation. The dining room has 22-foot ceilings and a grand trestle table that will comfortably seat 8-10 adults.

Past the kitchen is a large living room that features a gas log fireplace, a 55-inch curved screen Smart TV, slipcovered sofa, two oversized upholstered chairs, three poufs and cushioned window seat. The main floor also contains a king primary bedroom with private bathroom featuring both indoor and outdoor showers. A second bedroom also on the main floor contains two single beds and a private half bath. Off the living room there is a full bath opening to another private outdoor shower.  Also on the main floor there is a fully furnished laundry room with soaking sink and built-in ironing station.

A highlight of Biscuits cottage is the architect’s original spiral timber staircase that takes you to the second floor of the cottage. Upstairs enjoy a balustrade bridge and three bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with walk-in shower and a lovely Juliette balcony that overlooks Forest Street. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and contains a king-size four poster bed. The fifth and final bedroom located on the second floor  is a bunk room that sleeps up to four, both adjacent to a full bathroom with two sinks, a separate tub, and a walk-in shower.

Biscuits features only the best for its guests… premium linens and bathrobes, high-end timber blinds, an inviting beachy color scheme, and high-quality artwork from the owners’ personal collection. There are five televisions, two DVD/Blu-Ray players, Chromecast, and Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. You will find an extra large barbeque grill conveniently located with the outdoor dining table and chairs outside the rear screened porch.  There are two dedicated guest parking spaces in front of the cottage.  You are within walking distance of swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, playground, and shuffleboard and basketball courts. Staying at the cottage Biscuits will enable you and your family to relax and enjoy the entire Seaside beach community in optimum comfort and style.

This was our 15th season in Seaside for our annual family vacation and Homeowners Collection always does a fantastic job at helping our stay be special! This recent visit presented some minor maintenance issues and everyone from HC was so easy to work with and so accommodating regarding our needs and conveniences. Biscuits is a great house in a lovely spot close to the courts and playground with a short walk or bike ride to the beach and town center. Already planning our trip next year!!

Biscuit was a great family cottage for our big bunch. Five bedrooms so everyone had their own space. Spacious beautiful cottage! Forest Street is quiet and not far from the action. Short walking or biking distance to East Ruskin Pavilion. Easily walk or bike anywhere! Highly recommended!!

6 women shared this house for a tennis camp. The location is the best for Seaside Tennis. It is also very close to the main shopping are and the beach. We walked to everything. This is our 2nd year at Biscuits and I would stay there anytime.

That was particularly important this year because of the rain since the pool has a roof. Homeowners Collection is very nice to work with. The large screened porch is important because the living room is not really large enough for everyone to be in. But screened porch living is what it is all about!
