"Two for the Road" is a stylish, contemporary one-bedroom condo situated on the third floor of Dreamland Heights in Seaside's Central Square. On the first floor, you'll find a king bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a relaxing garden tub/shower combo, along with a convenient stackable washer and dryer.

A ship’s ladder or spiral staircase leads you to the second floor, where an open-concept living space awaits. Here, you'll find a cozy living area, a dining table for meals, and a fully equipped kitchen that makes preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner easy. The second floor’s standout feature is the spacious balcony overlooking Seaside’s lively Central Square, offering unparalleled views of the bustling town below. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset, this balcony provides the best spot in Seaside.

From here, you’ll have a prime view of the town's landmarks—Modica Market, Seaside Style, Airstream Row, Bud & Alley’s, and more—all within a short stroll. If you're seeking a chic, centrally located retreat with unbeatable views, "Two for the Road" is the perfect destination.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

* Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit
* Parking is behind the building and there is NO assigned parking. First come first serve on parking spaces.

Last minute trip to Seaside was great. 2 for the Road was in an excellent location in the Seaside Circle. All the amenities were walkable including beach, pools, fitness center, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for a couple who prefers to walk and bike.

The people at Homeowners Collection were absolutely wonderful! Responses to all of my questions and concerns. The only negative comment would be the parking situation. I was not prepared for how difficult it would be to find a spot although again, the property management company was very helpful. Great location otherwise!!

Two for the Road was a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Seaside. We loved the view of the water right from our balcony! The condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Two for the Road in Seaside! We have stayed in many cottages over the years and were very impressed with this cottage's location, decor, cleanliness and space! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the Homeowner's Collection for the nice welcome bag and the bike rentals! We were able to make our way around town very easily.
