Welcome to Saratoga, our lovely and spacious cottage located steps away from the family pool in the heart of award-winning Seaside, Florida.  With vaulted ceilings, an abundance of natural light and central open concept, our home comfortably accommodates eight guests and allows everyone to spread out after a day spent at Seaside’s white-sand beaches or lively town center.

Beach vacations are all about rejuvenation and reconnection, and Saratoga cottage provides the perfect backdrop for both.  Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail in a rocking chair on the lower porch, or claim a seat on the porch swing while watching your family play foosball on the upper level.  After a short walk or bike ride back from a day spent at the beach, enjoy our fully enclosed outdoor shower, with hot and cold running water.  Take a leisurely stroll with family or friends down to the town center for dinner and movies on the lawn.  Browse local galleries or the unique local bookstore without ever getting in your car. 

Graced by two grand Southern porches that span the length of our home to catch the sea breeze, Saratoga is designed for relaxation and privacy.  Situated on the ground floor, the large primary bedroom has a king bed, a large closet, and a desk. There are two upstairs bedrooms, one with two queen beds and en suite recently renovated bathrooms. The two-queen bedroom opens onto a large porch with an outdoor foosball table. Joined by a hallway that overlooks the living area is the second upstairs King bedroom with a recently renovated private bath.   All bedrooms, with private televisions, open directly onto porches via French doors.

The heart of the home is the beautiful large kitchen and open-concept family room, which is graced by 20-foot high windows and built-in bookshelves.  With fresh white paint and abundant quartz countertops, the kitchen is fully stocked for the family chef or a night of take-out from one of Seaside’s fabulous restaurants. There is enough room in the living area for your entire group to gather, eat, play games, and enjoy the full entertainment center with wifi-enabled speaker systems.

  • 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Loved our stay at Saratoga. We were there for a girls weekend trip for our friend's wedding and couldn't have picked a better property. Great location with walking distance to the beach, the pool, the restaurants, the wedding venue. Super convenient! And the house was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When there was an outlet or thermostat issue, the property was very responsive and addressed quickly. We would stay here again...with friends and/or family!

We have stayed at Saratoga house 3 or 4 times over the years. We love everything about the house. Love the bathroom updates. Always clean. Love the openness of the downstairs.

Great house that perfectly fit our needs. Close to everything but still quiet. We grilled one night and had everything we needed. Would definitely book here again.
