Inside, the spacious living area welcomes guests with breezy coastal décor, a large wall-mounted Plasma TV with TiVo, and plush furnishings designed for relaxation. The fully equipped modern kitchen is both functional and inviting, featuring a center island with bar seating for two, an addiational sunlit dining area for four, and ample storage with a pantry and custom built in cabinetry. A convenient half bath is also located on this level for guest use.

Step outside to discover thoughtful amenities, including a designated parking spot, a bike rack, and a charming wooden deck framed by vibrant azaleas. The front porch, with outdoor seating for two, is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying the refreshing Seaside breeze and the distant murmur of ocean waves.

Upstairs, the serene queen primary bedroom offers a private balcony nestled among the trees, providing a tranquil space to enjoy the tree top views while listening to the sounds of the ocean near by.   The en-suite bath is a luxurious retreat, boasting a glass-enclosed tub and shower combination with a rain shower faucet, marble walls, single vanity, and abundant natural light. An additional second hallway guest bath feaures a glass-enclosed walk-in shower which ensures additional convenience and privacy. For added ease, this level also includes a washer and dryer.

A private footpath from the front porch leads directly to the beach in under five minutes, making it effortless to enjoy the sugar-white sand and crystal-clear waters. This rental property is one of my favorites in town. We are so grateful to have found a cottage with two full bathrooms. It also has amble clothing storage and a great pantry. Its our second time booking this property and if we are lucky it wont be our last!

Wave a Wand is a spacious cottage with everything you could possibly need. I especially appreciate the kitchen and all the amenities it had. Nothing was required and there is plenty of room to cook if that is your desire. Also, the extra full bathroom was an added benefit! So close to Seaside activites and walking distance to anything you might want to do there. The beach was beautiful and the short walk to get to it was great! We had a most enjoyable time. I would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a little bit larger cottage.
