This cottage has been remodeled and updated. Beautiful appliances. It is such an easy walk to the beach and town. It is perfect for two. Spacious downstairs with kitchen and living area. Smart television downstairs and upstairs. Convenient half bath downstairs and two full baths upstairs. It was very quiet in the back and just the squirrels were chatting. We will book this cottage again.

My wife and I came to the Seeing Red Wine Festival and stayed at the Wave A Sand property. Typically we bring family and grandkids to Seaside a couple of times yearly, but this trip was just the two of us and the size of the one bedroom was perfect, actually bigger than expected. We so enjoyed the great design and comfortable feel of the property. We would request it again sometime!
We are so glad the two of you enjoyed the festival, Wave the Wand Cottage comfortable feel of the property.
Seaside Village is a wonderful destination and Homeowners Collection will look forward to having you again with open arms.

We loved 'Wave A Wand' ... it's in the perfect location; walkable to many stores & restaurants and right across the street from the beach access pavilion. The interior is very nicely furnished and it was immaculately clean. We also very much appreciated that the bike rentals were included. A nice bonus.
