Wave a Wand is a newer construction, modern 1-bedroom cottage located on Savannah Street with a prime Seaside, Florida location just 180 feet to the private beach access and a 4-minute walk to the Seaside Amphitheater and Central Square with over 35 restaurants and shops just steps from your front door.  The first floor provides a comfortable living area with beachy furnishings and a large wall-mounted TV with TiVO. A fully equipped kitchen has a center island and bar seating for 2, as well as a cozy dining area, which is surrounded by windows and natural light. The first floor also contains a pantry, custom kitchen cabinets, and a half bath for guests.

Outside you will find your own designated parking spot, a bike rack, and a breezy wooden deck that houses a row of gorgeous azaleas and a furnished front porch for you to relax on and enjoy the breeze.

On the second floor, you will find a queen primary bedroom with a private balcony and primary bath. The luxurious primary bath contains an encased glass shower, lots of natural light, a rain shower faucet, and marble walls. Off the private balcony, you will find an abundance of trees and a quiet, secluded spot for you to enjoy your coffee or glass of wine.  The second floor also has a washer/dryer.

Downstairs off the front porch, there is even a private footpath that leads directly to the beach in less than 5 minutes. The contemporary and spacious Wave a Wand can truly be a relaxing vacation escape for two with a prime Seaside, Florida location just 180 feet to the private beach pavilion.

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration. 5-night minimum 4th of July week, 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage.  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Wave a Wand is a spacious cottage with everything you could possibly need. I especially appreciate the kitchen and all the amenities it had. Nothing was required and there is plenty of room to cook if that is your desire. Also, the extra full bathroom was an added benefit! So close to Seaside activites and walking distance to anything you might want to do there. The beach was beautiful and the short walk to get to it was great! We had a most enjoyable time. I would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a little bit larger cottage.
