Arrive with ease to your designated parking space, located directly behind the building, and take the private elevator to your exclusive third-floor penthouse. Alta Vista offers two king bedrooms and a bonus bunk area, comfortably sleeping six guests.

  • Primary King Suite: Spacious and serene, this suite includes a mounted flat-screen TV, desk for remote work, dresser, closet, and access to a private covered balcony with seating for two and charming town views. The en-suite bath features dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
  • Second King Bedroom: Features a mounted flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and access to a shared hall bath with single vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
  • Bonus Bunk Nook: Custom built-in twin bunks located off the hallway, slightly smaller than standard twins—ideal for children 12 and under.

From its elevated position, Alta Vista offers unmatched views of Seaside, the Gulf, and the lively Amphitheater below, all while maintaining privacy and comfort. Our arrival process was a little stressful as we did not receive but correct entry code but it was resolved as quickly as possible with great follow up. The view is the best that we have ever had in our 4 years of coming to Seaside. Having coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening overlooking the square and ocean were the highlight of the stay. The only negative at all was that the design style was not what we've grown to love in the area as the floor plan layout and and decor was just very bland at best but we knew that at the time of rental. Beds were comfortable and we had all of the little necessities to make it a perfect week for our family. Easy access to the beach, coffee, and food! Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about Alta Vista! The location was terrific and the interior was decorated so beautifully. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We really appreciated the goody bag with wine and beach towels - and coffee so we could start our day without going to the grocery store! Loved going through homeowners collection - seamless check in and courteous service. We will be back!
