Guests enjoy a short stroll to private beach access at the East Ruskin Pavilion and easy walking distance to Seaside’s shops, dining, and entertainment. The shaded setting and proximity to the Gulf make this cottage an excellent choice for a relaxing yet centrally located 30A vacation.

Inside, the first floor features an open, airy floor plan filled with natural light and relaxed coastal vibes. The comfortable living area includes a spacious sofa, tall ceilings, and a large mounted flat-screen TV—ideal for movie nights or catching the big game. The adjoining dining area seats six at a wooden table, while the fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for meals at home, including a four-burner electric cooktop, Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The queen guest bedroom at the rear of the home offers a closet, mounted flat-screen TV, and easy access to a shared marble bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

Just off the living area, a bonus loft accessed by a ship’s ladder provides additional sleeping space with two twin beds and trundles, accommodating up to four guests—an ideal setup for kids or teens.

This was our 2nd time renting Dream Catcher and we enjoyed our stay again. It is our favorite out of 4 other rentals weve stayed in at Seaside. You cannot beat the close location to the town square or the beach. We appreciate how this is a one level floor plan aside from the loft. The beds are comfortable and the rental has been clean each time. Hope to visit for a 3rd time in the coming years!

We dont have enough great things to say about this house or rental agency! The house was cozy and had all the things we could ask for (except maybe a little more storage in the bathrooms). The company went above and beyond any other company has done for us in all our years coming to Seaside.
