Welcome to the charming 'Brigadoon,' nestled on picturesque Forest Street, just a short stroll from the stunning private beaches and vibrant town life of Seaside, Florida. This delightful blue beach cottage features three bedrooms, is a quick 3-minute walk to beach access at Pensacola Pavilion and just a 6-minute walk to the Seaside Amphitheater, along with over 35 shops and restaurants! 

Arrive and be greeted by this cheerful beach cottage. The spacious, furnished front porch is a welcoming space, complete with three rocking chairs—ideal for sipping morning coffee or winding down with friends over charcuterie and a nightcap.

Step inside to an inviting open layout on the first floor, featuring a generous living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a convenient half bathroom. The bright living room offers ample natural light and direct access to the front porch. The adjacent kitchen boasts a center island with seating for three, an electric four-burner stove, and both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker—perfect for whipping up family meals. The dining area comfortably seats six and also opens to the porch. A rear door leads to a wooden deck with a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. This communal space is ideal for game nights or enjoying a homemade dinner together.

Upstairs, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms and an additional screened porch. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and porch access for those peaceful moments. The shared screened porch offers lounge seating for four—perfect for evening relaxation. The primary bathroom includes dual vanities and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and porch access, while the third queen bedroom provides plenty of storage and a serene atmosphere. Both upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with dual vanities and another tub/shower combo.

Brigadoon comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and convenient. Escape to the coastal charm of Brigadoon—you won’t want to leave!

We absolutely loved Brigadoon for our family getaway! We love Forest St. in Seaside so we were excited to see Brigadoon as an option this year. It's a quick walk to the beach and the shops. The decor was so cute and it was spacious and very comfortable! Our family loved it! We will be back.
