From the moment you arrive, Gentle Breeze welcomes you with its cheerful emerald-green exterior and relaxed coastal charm. The home features an open-air front porch with seating for four, overlooking a private fenced side yard—perfect for morning coffee or casual conversation. Around back, you’ll find a spacious covered porch with outdoor seating and ample storage for beach gear, as well as a rear deck with outdoor dining and a charcoal grill for easy family meals under the sun or stars.

Step inside to an open-concept main level designed for effortless gathering. The living area offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, flowing seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for three. *5-night minimum stay required during spring break and summer; 3 night minimum stay during fall; 2 night minimum stay during winter.

  • 2 parking passes issued for two-bedroom and larger homes. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

Home was very comfortable and worked well for our group of 6. Backyard was nice place to grill in the evening. Layout of home was great. Home within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go.

We've stayed here twice and love the location. Beach access, morning coffee, shopping. Spacious and feels like home. Few things needing attention:-the internet is very spotty and usually won't connect-the master bath shower curtain liner has mold spots all over-the walk in closet attached to the jack & jill bathroom, all the shelving is SO loose. It needs anchors installed before it falls. -master bedroom closet door is hard to open and drags on floor leaving marks (not a new issue but surprised it wasn't fixed). Typical repairs for a house but overall great stay!

Overall it was great. Great location. Trash was not picked up on Monday, so it sat and got very stinky. There was a leak from the freezer into the fridge. Wifi was very bad, so if we needed to work, we couldn't. Also frustrating since the tvs upstairs were streaming only.

Wow - we absolutely loved Gentle Breeze and Seaside, Florida! This was our first time staying directly in Seaside and will not do it any other way going forward. We were so close to everything, we did not even get in our car one time. We loved the bikes that were provided and the welcome bag! The house itself was so pretty and comfortable! It was perfect for our family vacation! We will be back.
