Welcome to Moon Tower! New to the program this family-friendly Seaside home has a prime location just a 4-minute walk to the beach and only 3 houses from the West End pool. Moon Tower offers three bedrooms, three baths, and a private tower, there is plenty of space for the whole crew to enjoy a relaxing retreat at the beach.

This upbeat coastal teal cottage has spacious open-air porches both up and down that run the length of the home. The downstairs porch features a bench swing and is the perfect morning coffee hang-out location or a great spot to grill out with some good tunes and conversation. Step inside and there is a generous living room with two sofas and two club chairs to comfortably seat family and friends. There is a large mounted flat-screen TV as well, perfect for family movie nights after long days at the beach. Adjacent to the living area and across from the kitchen is the dining area, a fun green farmhouse table, and chairs to seat six to eight comfortably. The adjacent kitchen has a breakfast bar seating area to accommodate three more. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities to prep and cook family meals at home. It is complete with plenty of cabinet storage, a two-door large fridge, an electrical four burner stove top, microwave, coffee pot, and just about everything you could need in a kitchen. The kitchen and breakfast bar area is a great place to commune over some wine, charcuterie or a home-cooked meal after a long, fun-filled day at the beach. Additionally, this level has a full bath with a shower for your convenience!

Head upstairs to locate the bedrooms- one king master suite with a flatscreen, ensuite, full bath, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom features two custom built-in twin beds, and the bunk room is perfect for kids. The third bedroom up is a queen bedroom with a flatscreen, as well as its own ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a single vanity and a tub & shower combination.

The cherry on top lies just beyond another set of stairs and up a ship's ladder- an enclosed tower area with bar seating for two and an open-air Juliette balcony that provides some of the most beautiful sunsets over the Seaside roof tops. Our family stayed at Moon Tower in Seaside and we loved every minute! The location was perfect for us - just a short walk to the town square and the beach. We loved that they provided a cooler bag that we got to keep along with the two beach towels and bike rentals. We never drove our car - used the bikes to go to watercolor but otherwise walked everywhere. The house was clean and comfortable. Loved the beds, and bathrooms were clean and pretty. We will definitely stay at Moon Tower going forward!! Thank you.
