Welcome to Moon Tower, a popular family-friendly home nestled in a prime Seaside location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and only three houses away from the West Side pool. This coastal gem offers the perfect retreat for your next beach getaway, with three bedrooms, three baths, and a private open-air tower where you can enjoy the most stunning sunsets over Seaside. The spacious design ensures there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.

The cottage’s vibrant coastal teal exterior invites you in with its generous open-air porches, both upstairs and downstairs, which run the full length of the house. The downstairs porch is a great spot for sipping morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs or enjoying a relaxed evening on the bench swing. It’s also an ideal space for grilling out while enjoying good conversation and music. Inside, the spacious living room provides two sofas and two club chairs providing ample seating for family and friends. A large Plasma TV is mounted on the wall, perfect for family movie nights after a day spent at the beach.

The dining area, located adjacent to the living room and across from the kitchen, features a large farmhouse table that comfortably seats eight, making it perfect for family meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a two-door fridge, four-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of cabinet storage. The kitchen’s breakfast bar, which seats three, is a great spot for a quick bite or to gather over some wine and charceuterie after a long day of fun in the sun. A full bathroom with a shower is also conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms. The king-sized primary suite includes its own Plasma TV, a full en-suite bathroom, and access to a private, spacious furnished balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a Plasma TV, with easy access to a shared full bathroom. The third bedroom is a kid-friendly bunk room with two custom-built twin beds, perfect for younger guests. The shared full bathroom on this level includes a tub and shower combination. Our family stayed at Moon Tower in Seaside and we loved every minute! The location was perfect for us - just a short walk to the town square and the beach. We loved that they provided a cooler bag that we got to keep along with the two beach towels and bike rentals. We never drove our car - used the bikes to go to watercolor but otherwise walked everywhere. The house was clean and comfortable. Loved the beds, and bathrooms were clean and pretty. We will definitely stay at Moon Tower going forward!! Thank you.
