With full access to the home, including expansive porches and a private tower, this charming retreat delivers a true Seaside experience.

Iconic Outdoor Living & Wrap-Around Porches

Outdoor living is front and center at Big Pink 1. A generous wrap-around open-air porch welcomes guests with bench seating and a classic porch swing—perfect for morning coffee or afternoon relaxation. Around back, a screened-in rear porch offers a peaceful escape with colorful outdoor seating, including a gliding swing, four rockers, and a bistro table, all overlooking a private, lush backyard complete with a gas grill for easy outdoor meals.

Bright Living Spaces & Entertaining-Friendly Layout

Inside, the home opens to a bright and cheerful living area furnished with two sofas and two club chairs, creating a comfortable space for gathering. A large wall-mounted flat-screen TV makes movie nights or game days easy and enjoyable. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six to eight guests and flows seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a farmhouse sink, ample counter space, and breakfast bar seating for six. This is one of our favorite places to stay when visiting Seaside. We always have good luck with Homeowner's Collection properties and they are the best to work with! Big Pink 1 is in an ideal location, has tons of space and is well kept and tidy. We are so comfortable there. Highly recommend it!
