Upon entering, you're greeted by a spacious wrap-around open-air porch featuring bench seating and a swing, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a book in the afternoon.

Inside, the bright and cheerful living room is furnished with dual sofas and two club chairs, providing ample seating for relaxation. Enjoy game nights or movie nights in with the large mounted flat screen TV. The adjacent dining area comfortably accommodates six to eight guests and flows seamlessly into the modern, well-equipped kitchen with a farmhouse sink, generous counter space, and breakfast bar seating for six. A convenient half bath is located off the main living area for guest use.
