Ideally positioned just 351 feet from the beach and one block from the iconic Seaside Amphitheater, this thoughtfully designed retreat blends elevated comfort with effortless coastal living. Guests are welcomed by two expansive, open-air furnished porches—one on each level—that run the full length of the home. The first-floor porch offers cozy club seating and an intimate dining set for three, creating a serene space for morning coffee or quiet afternoon lounging. Inside, a custom chef’s kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring a striking 10-foot quartzite island with seating for four, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas range with center griddle, a farmhouse sink, and abundant custom cabinetry. The adjacent dining area includes a large farmhouse table with built-in bench seating for eight or more, while the living room invites relaxation with two oversized sofas, club chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, plus an additional half bath for added convenience.

Upstairs, a secondary den with two sofas creates an inviting family gathering space before leading into three beautifully appointed king bedrooms. This was the cutest rental ever. We have stayed in Seaside many times and this was our favorite so far. The location can't be beat and it's beautiful, clean and convenient! We will be back!
