Homeowners Collection is the gold standard for Seaside Proper rentals, overseeing an exceptional portfolio of homes. We stayed with them recently at Pinetucket in February and had gorgeous weather, perfect beach walks, and an easy, relaxing week. The home was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. A standout detail is Peacock Alley luxury linens and towels, a true five-star touch, and to our knowledge the only rentals on 30A offering Peacock Alley. We loved Great Southern, DayTrader, Ambrosia, and Café 30A, plus daily pops into Modica Market and lots of fun at SunDog Books. If youre booking Seaside Proper, book through Homeowners Collection, we cant wait to return.

We had such a great time at the Pinetucket cottage in Seaside. This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed here and it was in such a sweet location. On a quiet street but still just a quick walk to the shops, restaurants and BEACH. The home itself was decorated beautifully, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we wanted and the bathrooms were amazing! We will definitely be staying at Pinetucket again, thank you so much!

What a gorgeous home you have. This was such a treat for us to stay in such a beautiful home in a beautiful town. We loved your home so much. It was large, clean and comfortable. The location was terrific too, so close to all the shops and restaurants and the beach too! Thank you for everything.
