The home has numerous windows and high ceilings inviting the natural light to stream throughout. The first floor features a spacious living room with ample seating and a 55-inch flat-screen television, a thoroughly equipped kitchen, and a dining area (seats 8) that encourages lively discussions and board games played late into the night. A charming den with a sleeper sofa is at the rear of this cottage, as well as a full bath (shower only). This home also offers an enclosed, outdoor shower and an expansive deck, shaded by oaks and pines, complete with outdoor dining and Adirondack seating. 

The high ceilings continue on the bright second floor, where guests can find the king primary, complete with a private deck. A state-of-the-art mesh Wi-Fi system streams enhanced-speed internet throughout the entire home.  A generous guest room with two queen beds lives across the hall. A full bath is situated in between the two bedrooms on this level, and a washer and dryer is nearby. Off the landing, the large screened porch with Adirondack seating, a bistro dining set for two, and a swing invites guests to relax, unwind, and take in all the sights and tranquility of this beach town. 

The third floor is truly the “Cherry on Top,” with a welcoming enclosed sitting area lit by windows across three sides of the room. The enclosed tower room opens to an observation deck with Adirondack chairs. This gem of the home is the ideal spot to sip an evening glass of wine surrounded by amazing views or to catch the sunset after a fun-filled day at the beach. This was our second stay at Cherry on Top, and we loved it again. The house is well supplied to make living in a home away from home a breeze. Our family of four was extremely cozy and we had a fantastic time here. The location is nice and quiet while still being just a short walk to the beach, the pool, or the town square. Highly recommended!!!

Seaside is our favorite place to come to. This was our first time renting with Homeowners Collection! They made our stay so much more pleasant. If we needed something they helped.
