With a private off-street driveway, you can park once and enjoy everything Seaside has to offer on foot. Perfect for a romantic couples’ retreat or a young family vacation, Moonlight Hug is also pet-friendly, so your four-legged companion is welcome to join the fun.

Open-Concept Living with Updated Kitchen

Inside, Moonlight Hug features a bright, open-concept floor plan designed for comfort and ease. The updated kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, offering a full-size refrigerator with water dispenser, five-burner electric stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. A breakfast bar seats two, with an adjacent bistro dining table providing seating for two more—ideal for casual breakfasts or relaxed dinners after a beach day. The adjacent living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV, creating a cozy space to unwind.

Screened Porch for Relaxed Outdoor Living

Just off the living room, a screened-in rear porch offers Adirondack seating for two. This quiet outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or winding down in the evening after exploring Seaside.

Private King Suite with Screened Balcony

Upstairs, the second floor is dedicated to the king primary suite, offering privacy and comfort. The bedroom includes a closet, flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Step outside onto your private screened balcony, furnished with Adirondack seating for two—an ideal spot for a peaceful afternoon break or an evening cocktail.

Whether you’re planning a romantic Seaside getaway or a small family beach vacation, Moonlight Hug offers an unbeatable location and thoughtful amenities, all within a 2–4 minute walk to the beach, parks, and town center. Additional conveniences include a stackable washer and dryer, making longer stays easy and comfortable. Need more space, check out the guest cottage Beachside Kiss. 

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $100 pet fee. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. No pet over 25 lbs.

Homeowner's Collection was very responsive to us. They responded to each request very quickly. Our dog was injured and they recommended vet. We had to cut our vacation short, but would definitely go back and stay here.

Great experience that exceeded expectations. This was our first time in a short term rental. House was perfect for two people. Fully equipped with everything necessary for the stay and was spotlessly clean. Great location a couple of blocks from the beach and the town center with shops, restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed Seaside.
