Peaceful Bedroom Wing for Rest & Relaxation

Tucked away from the main living spaces, the bedroom wing offers a serene retreat. The king primary suite features a flat-screen TV, generous closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a marble sink, soaking tub, and shower—perfect for unwinding after beach days.

A second king guest bedroom is tastefully furnished and includes a flat-screen TV discreetly housed in a classic armoire. The third sleeping space features a built-in twin bunk bed, ideal for younger guests or those young at heart. These two rooms share a spacious hallway bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor Shower & Additional Guest Options

  • Two parking passes issued for two-bedroom and larger homes (golf carts are considered vehicles)
  • Golf carts are prohibited for non-homeowners visiting Seaside; special circumstances or medical needs require a golf cart permit

I would literally build this house where I live and be happy the rest of my life. Super convenient to the square and the beach, too. My only suggestion is that it may be time to replace the living room sofa and mattress in the lavender bedroom. It was a little lopsided but I still slept fine. Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. Very responsive. Overall, a great stay! Ill be back ❤️

This is a lovely home in a great location. The ambiance of the home is relaxing. The walk to the beach and the square are easy. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning before everyone woke up.
