Perfectly situated just a short stroll from Seaside’s iconic town square, this inviting retreat is nestled among the pastel-colored cottages and brick-lined streets that define the area’s whimsical, walkable charm.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and features a thoughtful layout ideal for both relaxation and connection. Begin your mornings on the spacious front porch, where brand-new lounge seating invites you to sip coffee, read, or simply people-watch as the town slowly comes to life. Inside, the open-concept living area is warm and welcoming, featuring a generous sectional, a large flat-screen HD TV, and a dining area that seats eight—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for culinary inspiration, with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a set of high-quality Emeril Lagasse pots and pans. Whether you're preparing a full family meal or a simple charcuterie board for two, this kitchen has everything you need.

Just off the dining room is the Florida room, a bright and airy space with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a cozy sitting area. This flexible room can be curtained off for privacy, making it an ideal fourth sleeping space or a quiet nook to unwind with a book or cocktail.

Tucked away from the main living areas, the bedroom wing offers restful serenity. The king primary suite features a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a marble sink, soaking tub, and shower—perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day. A second king guest room is tastefully appointed, with its own flat-screen TV discreetly housed in a classic armoire. The third sleeping space includes a built-in twin bunk bed, ideal for younger guests or those young at heart. These two guest rooms share a spacious hallway bathroom with granite countertops and a combination shower and tub.

Whether you're here for a romantic weekend getaway, a special family trip, or simply to relax and recharge by the sea, Beachside Kiss offers everything you need to make your Seaside stay feel effortlessly special.

When you come in from the beach, you’ll be able to rinse off in the outside shower on the back deck area.  If you need additional guest accommodations, the guest house, Moonlight Hug, is also available to rent.  

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.  Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

I would literally build this house where I live and be happy the rest of my life. Super convenient to the square and the beach, too. My only suggestion is that it may be time to replace the living room sofa and mattress in the lavender bedroom. It was a little lopsided but I still slept fine. Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. Very responsive. Overall, a great stay! Ill be back ❤️

This is a lovely home in a great location. The ambiance of the home is relaxing. The walk to the beach and the square are easy. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning before everyone woke up.
