Conveniently located behind the Ruskin Place Artist Colony and near the shops and restaurants of Central Square, Plum Lucky is the combination of two well-appointed two-bedroom cottages--Plum Lazy and Plum Crazy--making anyone feel just as the name depicts, Plum Lucky. These two homes make the perfect vacation destination for family reunions or families vacationing together. Combined these two cottages form a 2,700-square-foot home with amazing outdoor spaces and a tower with stunning gulf views! The cottages are accessed separately and are connected by a shared open porch in the middle that is furnished with Adirondack seating.  Plum Lazy has an open front porch with bistro seating for two at the front perfect for morning coffee! Step inside to the open combined floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen all down. The living room features ample seating and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen has been updated and features all stainless steel appliances and a generous-sized refrigerator. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six. There is a rear door off the kitchen leading to the shared open porch between the homes. Upstairs, the primary king bedroom has a private bath (shower only) and the second bedroom has a queen and twin bed that share a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

Plum Crazy includes two bedrooms on the first floor, the first a king primary with mounted flat screen TV and large private bath with dual vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom a queen shared the full hall bath with the bonus bunk space, and alcove with a bunk bed and privacy curtain.   

Upstairs, the second floor includes a fully equipped updated kitchen and a large open living area. The open living room has several couches and a large flat-screen smart TV. There is a card table for four perfect for family board game nights! The dining table is surrounded by a wall of windows with tree-top views and comfortably seats six. The adjacent kitchen has a center island with bar seating for two more, the kitchen has been updated and features all stainless steel appliances. There is a half bath off the kitchen.  The true secret to Plum Crazy is the amazing outdoor spaces just off the kitchen. There is an open-air second-floor balcony with Adirondack bar seating for four surrounded by beautiful jasmine vines. Here you find the spiral staircase that leads to the covered open-air tower that has Adirondack bar seating for four that features the most amazing panoramic Seaside town views, amazing gulf views, and incredible sunsets over the Gulf!   For additional options, Plum Lazy and Plum Crazy may be rented separately as 2-bedroom cottages.

* 5 night minimum for Summer 2024.  5 night minimum in Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Sat to Sat 7 night minimum Summer.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This home was so lovely, it far exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled upon arriving to find our cottage to be light and bright and spacious for our group to be very comfortable. We LOVED the location - right off of Ruskin park with a wonderful view from the balcony of the shops. The beds were all very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the home. We are looking forward to a return visit for sure.

This house was exceptional. We had two groups who shared the two cottages and it was the perfect setup. We had plenty of our own room plus plenty of shared living areas. There are actually two kitchens when the units are combined so it was a nice separation when you wanted one. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the house, as did the adults. We were so pleased with the interior design and the comfort of all of the beds. Everyone slept peacefully! Thank you to Homeowners Collection for a fabulous home and fabulous vacation!

We were Plum Lucky to have stayed here with our two groups of family friends. This setup was perfect and the house itself blew us away with its beauty. The design and interior were absolutely gorgeous and we were comfortable and well taken care of. The location was great - easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach. We were very impressed and will certainly stay here again. Thank you.
