The home is flanked by expansive outdoor porches stretching the length of both the upper and lower levels, providing ample space to relax and soak in the beauty of Seaside. The first-floor open-air porch features outdoor dining for six and a spacious lounge area with a cozy sofa—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine while overlooking picturesque Seaside Avenue. A large, enclosed yard with a classic white picket fence makes this home especially family-friendly, offering a safe and inviting space for children to play. A private driveway provides convenient parking for two cars.

Step inside to find a thoughtfully designed, family-friendly three-bedroom home with stunning pickled hardwood floors and stylish, updated furnishings throughout. The first floor boasts a recently updated kitchen with modern finishes, a spacious open living room, and a dining area designed for gathering and entertaining. We loved staying so close to Seaside Square and within walking distance to the beach. It was great for our teenagers who wanted freedom to be on their own more. The beach access is so convenient and not as crowded as Watercolor which made our beach days so enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here.
