Inside, this family-friendly two-bedroom Seaside vacation home showcases pickled wood floors, updated designer furnishings, and thoughtful coastal details throughout. The recently updated kitchen, open living room, and dining area flow seamlessly together, creating a welcoming space for gathering. The living room features a mounted flat-screen TV and ample seating, while the dining area comfortably seats six. A first-floor half bath adds convenience for guests, and the rear porch provides storage for beach gear and overlooks the private backyard. Great location. House was spacious and well equipped. Outdoor porches were fantastic.However the furniture on the porches needed to be cleaned. The only negative to this house is that the air conditioner unit is too small for the house. It did not cool the house sufficiently for the September weather. Overall it is a wonderful property.

Long time Seaside renter - first time using Homeowners Collection. No major concerns, but we were told about your "contactless" arrival only to find a face to face process was involved to complete paperwork at the house. It was very nice not having to go to a rental office. The only other issues were door codes changing which were resolved with a phone call.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fleur De Lis 2. We knew from the online pictures how great it looked but were pleasantly surprised to find the real thing even better! We loved the location - so close to the shops and restaurants and such a short walk to the beach! Everything was incredible and comfortable and clean. We have stayed in Seaside before but this was our first time at Fleur de Lis 2 and we will definitely stay again!

We were so pleased with your Fleur de lis property. We will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We loved the location as well. Thank you to the homeowners collection for all your guidance and for the wonderful welcome basket! We loved the bikes!
