Nestled right next to the main cottage Cabana Fever beach house is the Cabana Babe, a charming couples retreat. This rental cottage places itself only three houses from the beach and Natchez Pavilion and just a five-minute walk from Seaside town square, where you can load up on the easy-life essentials: tropical fruit and drinks.

The downstairs is where you'll find a place to kick your feet up, complete with a flat-screen TV, a cute breakfast table for two, a galley-style kitchen, and a half bath with its own washer and dryer. The sunlit upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, a TV atop a dresser, a full bathroom with a standing shower, a beach-inspired settee, and doors to the open-air balcony with built-in seating, granting you access to the calming Florida breeze before lights out. In the morning, just a few steps outside resides a spacious deck made for enjoying a cup of coffee in the rising sun. What else could you possibly need for a romantic weekend beach getaway?  

3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

This cottage is situated behind a residence. Parking is on the street. The cottage is about a block from the Seaside Beach entrance. We really enjoyed our stay. I took my daughter. I think the property comfortably fits 2 people, max. We love Seaside and enjoyed our time.

Tucked away on Natchez St. So close to the beach. Well appointed with nice washer and dryer. Excellent bedroom and shower. Nice pegs outside to hang towels and a hose outback to clean off feet. Only complaints were that too many decorative items in the kitchen which left no shelf or counter space, and the main house occupants blocked the drive which made it sometimes hard to get past with my bicycle without having to move their bikes. And lastly the house could use a broom and dust pant. The staff at homeowners was exceptional and was available, professional and so friendly.

We love staying in this little "Cabana" when the 2 of us vacation in Seaside, FL! It is perfectly tucked away behind the main house, Cabana Fever", and provides a private getaway for 2. The staff at Homeowner's Collection are wonderful to work with, both as you book your stay, and as a guest, on property, as needs arise. It's within close walking distance to the beach, and to many restaurants and shops in Seaside and Watercolor. The living area and kitchen are on the bottom floor, and the second floor is dedicated to the bedroom and bathroom area. You will love the way the inside is decorated, with attention to every detail, in color and style. We hope to have many more stays in Cabana Babe, in our future.
