Hide Away is an adorable studio carriage house located adjacent to the main Drift Away home, offering a prime Seaside, Florida location just one block from the beach and half a block from iconic Seaside Avenue. Perfectly positioned near the adult pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and the park, this centrally located retreat places you steps from everything Seaside has to offer.

Bright, Renovated Studio with Modern Kitchen

This second-floor walk-up studio has been fully renovated and features a thoughtfully designed open layout ideal for a relaxing beach getaway. The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz stone countertops, a four-burner electric stovetop with oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and bar seating for four—perfect for casual meals or morning coffee before heading to the beach.

Comfortable Living and Sleeping Space

The open studio living and sleeping area features a king bed, side table, dresser, and flat-screen TV, all surrounded by windows that fill the space with natural light for a bright and airy coastal feel. Double doors open to a private balcony with seating for two, offering a peaceful spot to unwind after a day exploring Seaside.

Updated Bath and Outdoor Amenities

Hide Away includes a renovated full bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Outdoor amenities include a private charcoal grill and a rear outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after sandy beach days.

Shared Laundry and Walkable Seaside Location

All Drift Away and Hide Away units share one washer and dryer conveniently located under the stairwell at Hide Away. With over 35 shops and restaurants just steps away, Hide Away is the perfect Seaside vacation rental for a quick weekend escape or a cozy beach retreat in the heart of town.

*This cottage may also be rented with the main Drift Away cottages for additional space. Drift Away (5 bedroom), Drift Away Main (4 bedroom), Drift Away Suite (1 bedroom). This cottage shares a driveway and street parking with the other Drift Away cottages. One vehicle parking pass is allotted for 1 bedroom cottages. The shared parking for this unit is shared with Drift Away 5BD, or Drift Away 4 and Drift Suite rented at the same time; guests will have first come/first serve driveway parking.  However, guests will be given a Seaside Town Council parking pass that will allow for self-parking along Savannah Street as long as no other driveway is blocked and or in the overflow parking available at Smolian Circle."

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This is the perfect get away for two! We had a lovely time staying here. The house was very clean upon arrival and exceeded our expectations. It’s a very short walk to the beach and town; a perfect location! We were greeted by a friendly and educated staff member upon arrival. The laundry is shared with the big connecting house, but we had no issues with that. Upon arrival we also received a complimentary seaside cooler equipped with two extra beach towels, wine, etc! We will be back again soon! Thank you for having us!

No complaints! Was what I hoped it would be. You are two blocks from downtown Seaside, close to a lot of the amenities. The driveway can be a little bit tight because it is shared, but that is true for all of seaside.

I could not have picked a more perfect spot to stay during my time in Seaside for my friend's wedding. The space was just what I needed as a solo traveler. And the location to the main downtown area was a short few-minute walk. I was pleasantly surprised by the goodie bag that welcomed me alongside all kinds of information about Seaside and the accompanying amenities. The staff was also super helpful and welcoming, both ahead of my stay and while I was in town. The personal welcome by a staffer shortly after check-in was such a nice, personal touch. They constantly checked in via text message to make sure everything was going well. And if I needed anything, it was so easy to get in touch with them. Highly recommend both the Homeowner's Collection in general and specifically the Hide Away property!!
