Grace Sea is the guest cottage to Sandy Toes and is nestled separate from the main home in the back among the beautiful trees and is the perfect escape from it all. This guest cottage has a prime Seaside location only a 3-minute walk to the beach and just a 400-foot walk to the West Side pool. This cottage offers everything on one level and features a king bedroom.  The home also boasts two private porches and a rear grilling area with outdoor Adirondack seating for two more. 

Guests are welcomed with an open-air front porch with club seating for two and an additional bistro seating for two; a perfect morning coffee spot! Step inside and you are greeted by the living room and the updated kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, a large double-door fridge, a dishwasher, and a four-burner electrical stove/oven unit, as well as a full-size microwave.  There is a breakfast bar seating for two and an adjacent dining table for two more.  The living room has a built-in stereo, LCD TV, and DVD/VCR.  The living room features a double sleeper sofa perfect for young children. (not for adults) 

Off the open living and kitchen area is the separate King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another private porch. The king primary bedroom has a mounted flat-screen TV and a recently updated bathroom with quartz counters, a single vanity, and a tub/shower combination. The private screened porch off the king has cushioned outdoor seating for four and a ceiling fan with a door that leads to the adjacent rear grilling area. The rear grilling area has Adirondack seating for two more and a private charcoal grill. 

Extra bonuses are a stackable washer and dryer unit.  For additional room, the main three-bedroom cottage, Seabiscuit, may also be rented, or the full 4-bedroom home, Sandy Toes.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Not available for rent during summer.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

I can't say enough about our service from everyone at Homeowner's Collection. We had a couple minor issues with our cottage, and both times we called someone showed up at our door in well under ten minutes with a solution. People on the phones were equally polite and responsive. One oof the best rental organizations I've ever dealt with.

Our favorite part about Grace Sea was the screen porch! Its in a great location just a short walk to the beach, and has all the space and amenities you need to be safe, clean, and fed. This location is attached to a larger house, so it does have slightly less privacy than a detached house, but it was never an issue for us. Rental agency was also wonderful - quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Seaside was an amazing experience!

Seaside is amazing! We enjoyed everything about our seven-night stay at Grace Sea. The pictures and description of the home were exactly right. The front porch and screened-in porch were definite pluses to this small, very clean home, extending the living area. Plush towels and extra shelving helped the bathroom be just right. Hooks and a mirror in the dressing area across from the small closet by the bathroom were an extra that were used frequently. The kitchen is tight but had upscale cookware (needs a cookie sheet), and supplies were adequate. I loved the dishwasher drawers and the ice maker that made crushed ice! Parking would be a challenge in a busy season. We were there at the end of fall break and had no problems. The rental provided free bikes, and we always enjoy biking 30A. We brought our own chairs and made the very short walk to the beach on two different afternoons. We walked the neighborhood every day and took advantage of the food trucks and local restaurants. The rental company is fabulous! Texted us a few times at the beginning of our week and would have met us upon arrival, but we were a bit behind schedule. They even brought us a can opener when we realized there wasnt one! We will definitely use Homeowners Collection again and hope to stay at Grace Sea in the future.

The cottage was exactly as advertised , no surprises. It was lovely and perfect for us as we celebrated our anniversary and birthdays. We loved the location , it was close to everything. We enjoyed walking and exploring Seaside and its surroundings. The cottage was spotless and we received excellent customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden away gem. I felt like I was in a private hideaway only minutes away from the beach and a short stroll to a pool. The cottage is solid and high quality, yet quaint and cozy. I loved the private back porch! The fact that I could walk to Seaside and the beach in under 5 minutes was an added bonus. Plus I had a commplimentary cooler bag, beach towels, bike rental and a bottle of wine waiting for me when I arrived. I would definitely stay here again.
