The first floor offers a highly sought-after open-concept layout, ideal for entertaining and gathering. The living area features a plush sofa sleeper for additional guests and a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV, making it a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach.

Across from the living area, the dining space comfortably seats six and flows seamlessly into the recently remodeled gourmet kitchen. Designed for both function and style, the kitchen boasts granite countertops, a large center island, bar seating for two, and top-of-the-line Viking and Bosch appliances—perfect for preparing everything from casual breakfasts to coastal-inspired dinners. We arrived and the team greeted us and welcomed us and answered any questions we had. The home was clean and nice and we enjoyed our location. The kitchen and living room were spacious and very nice. We were there for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed seeing everyone outside walking, biking, etc.

Sea Pearl is not only gorgeous, but it's comfortable and convenient. A short walk downtown or to the beach. We enjoyed both upstairs and downstairs porch sitting. The kitchen is wonderful and we would've cooked if we had stayed longer. Loved every bit of this cottage and Seaside in the fall.
