With an impressive five porches, the ‘Lucky Charm’ cottage definitely delivers on both luck and charm. This exceptional cottage blends beachside living with traditional southern charisma and appeal, a home that’s just as inviting to visitors as it is to vacation guests. Surrounded by tropically themed and influenced landscaping, the brightly colored home gives away few clues from the outside to its more modern interior.

While the outside is filled with multiple living spaces, from the backyard and back porch, ideal for sitting or for dining, there’s plenty to uncover once you step through the home’s doors. A contemporary-styled main living area is light-filled with high ceilings, white walls and light-colored furnishings. An accompanying dining area leads off to the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry.

A ground-level bath and queen bedroom sit just off the main living area, with the bedroom also opening to the outside. The second floor invites guests with yet another quaint seating area, perfect for curling up with a book.  The second queen bedroom is on the second floor with an adjacent bathroom with a walk in shower only.  The bathroom also has a stacked washer and dryer tucked away for convenience.  A stairway leads on to the 3rd floor enclosed bonus loft that features two twins perfect for younger children.  An upper deck off the loft provides sensational rooftop views of the surrounding area, with spacious seating and entertaining space.

While remaining quiet and peaceful, the cottage rewards its guests with the advantage of existing just across from The Chapel at Seaside, and just minutes away from Town Center’s many shops and restaurants, plus the Gulf beaches and the amenities of exceptional Seaside.  

 * 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 7 night minimum July 4th week; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful time staying at Lucky Charm. The house was clean, well maintained, equipped with everything we needed and nicely decorated! There was more than enough space for our family and the house can easily sleep 6- 7 people. My 5 year old son absolutely loved the 3rd floor loft that was equipped with 2 twin beds plus an addition twin trundle. The kitchen was a little small and lacked a pantry to store food but we made it work and it wasnt a big deal to us. The main living room might be a bit tight for a bigger party but the screened porch right off the main living area gives you more room to hang out. I think the main living space would feel more spacious with a smaller coffee table and sleeker kitchen table and chairs. I loved the esthetic of those pieces of furniture so I understand the appeal. In addition to the main living area on the first floor there is another sitting area on the second floor for larger parties to spread out so dont let my review of the main living space deter larger parties. The location of the house is amazing and might have been my favorite part. It is located on a quiet street that doesnt get much car traffic so our young son was able to ride his bike and scooter up and down the road with supervision but without me having to hover over him. The town center is a 1-2 minute walk, the beach access is a 7 minute walk and the pools are about a 5 minute walk. You really cant beat the location. Overall, this house was amazing and Homeowers Collection was great! I highly recommend Lucky Charm and would definitely stay there again! Thanks for an amazing week!!

Lucky Charm was perfect for our family's weeklong stay! Spacious, clean, cozy, plenty of outdoor space, and the location was convenient with views of the Chapel from the top deck! We have been coming to Seaside for a handful years, staying in a different home each time and Lucky Charm was by far our favorite property and one we would love to come back to again!
