This three-bedroom, three-bath shaded retreat is located directly across from the beach and just one block to the Seaside town center. Located at the corner of East Ruskin Street and 30A, Waterside is directly across from the East Ruskin private residential beach access. You can sun all day and return home to the cool, shaded seclusion of this comfortable home. Waterside is surrounded by native live oaks to provide a cool and private respite from that wonderful summer sun and passers-by alike. Upon arrival, you will enter Waterside through its expansive large wrap-around screened-in front porch furnished with deck chairs and a dining table for 6.

The first floor consists of an open living, dining and kitchen area, a bedroom with a KING bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, two baths, and every room opens onto a screened porch or deck via French doors. The spacious galley kitchen opens onto the screened porch, as well as the back deck, making it convenient for serving meals or just having morning coffee on the deck.

The second floor is entirely devoted to the KING primary suite. If it were not for the draw of the beach, you might find yourself spending all your time in this extra large room with natural plank cathedral ceiling and open rafters, a balcony to enjoy gulf breezes, and if you must bring the laptop, there is a work table. The primary bath has an oversized tub perfect for relaxing.

The back deck of Waterside accesses one of Seaside's quaint footpaths that will take you on the short walk to the town center. Waterside has everything you need, including high-speed Internet access, for a memorable stay at the beach!

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

We had a fabulous time in Seaside, and our stay at Waterside played a huge role in that. The location, very near Central Square and the East Ruskin Pavilion was fantastic! This allowed us to enjoy the Airstream food trucks, Black Bear (fantastic breakfast pastries and sandwiches!) and the shopping in Seaside. The house was a perfect size for our party of four, and exactly what we expected based on its listing. The house was clean, with comfortable beds and furnishings, and a well stocked kitchen. The screened porch was so enjoyable; we ate all our meals on the porch, and spent tons of time outside there. I will definitely look forward to staying here again, and would highly recommend Waterside to anyone looking for a great place to stay when they visit Seaside!

The best rental home and the best rental location-hands down! Literally 50 steps to the beach entrance and 75 steps to central square! This beach house is lovely and has everything you need to feel right at home! So many outdoor patio areas (including a huge screened in front porch facing 30A) , very large master bedroom, updated amenities and within walking distance to literally everything! We love all of it and have returned to the same property year after year..Highly recommend !!

Our stay was wonderful!!! The location was the absolute best!!! The house could use a little TLC and maybe a deep cleaning. But nothing was bad enough to not want to stay there again!! Already checking on dates for our next visit!!!

Perfect house location for convenience to the beach - and right next to Black Bear Bread - so easy! We stayed during fall break, so a little loud in the evenings due to the crowds of people walking to the city center.
