Ideally located just across the street and down a scenic path to the sand, Celebration places you moments from the Gulf of Mexico while remaining close to Seaside’s vibrant Town Square. A quaint white picket fence frames the cottage, setting the tone for a peaceful beach getaway. Outside, a cozy side porch swing and sunny outdoor space invite you to relax after a day at the beach or an evening stroll through town.

Comfortable First-Level Sleeping Retreat

The first level of the cottage features a serene queen bedroom with a private bathroom, complete with a Jacuzzi tub and pedestal sink—perfect for unwinding after sun-filled days. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently tucked away, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

Light-Filled Living & Kitchen Upstairs

Upstairs, the cottage opens into a bright and welcoming living space that doubles as a second sleeping area with a convertible twin sofa sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare casual meals, while a charming dining nook provides a cozy place to gather and enjoy views of the surrounding neighborhood.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Great place for 2 people to stay. Clean, great location. easy to work with management company. Has all you need and a great welcome gift. Only item I would recommend is to provide a garbage can in the kitchen, was not one there for our stay.

Exactly what you want for a couple's getaway weekend - everything was within a 2 minute walk (pool, beach, town) and the house itself had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to this location and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, intimate stay in Seaside.

This was the perfect little cottage for a three day getaway for 2. Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. It is a short walk to the beach (which is beautiful and clean) and the square. It is tiny but has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Hubby and I had three days to ourselves so we decided to give a 1/1 a try instead of a hotel. Yes, the place is tiny but Celebration was perfect. Lovely weather, perfect area, and total peace is what Celebration was to us. Storage everywhere, clean and fresh bathroom, and just fun! We didnt cook but the kitchen and den were exactly as expected. Never heard another soul when we were sleeping-total privacy and peace!

The cottage was clean and adorable! Location to the beach, shops, and pool was fantastic! Perfect place for just TWO people! We had 3, as the description lists up to 3, but the sleeper sofa did not have any sheets or blankets in the cottage. We had to call housekeeping to bring some on the first night. Sleeper sofa would only be fitting for a child.
