The delightfully charming ‘Greenback’ cottage provides just the right amount of space, with easy access to the beach or to the many offerings of nearby Town Square. The mint and white-framed exterior gives way to a 1-bedroom/1.5-bath unit, expertly designed. Add this to the enjoyable Bamboo flooring throughout, and the modern fixtures and features that work together to make this home a real treat for guests.

Easily accommodating a small family or a couple, ‘Greenback’ is the guesthouse to nearby ‘Greenpeace’, located just 3 houses to the beach. This cottage has a galley kitchen complete with a four-top stove and compact dishwasher. There is a modern living area with a flat-screen TV, a twin sleeper sofa, and a dining area for two. The queen-sized primary bedroom opens up to a balcony, with enough room for two to comfortably sit out and enjoy the sensational tree-topped views and slight gulf water views from the covered balcony. Meanwhile, a downstairs loveseat easily converts into an extra twin-sized bed, ideal for those who need just a bit more space.

A downstairs half-bath and full, tub/shower combo bath upstairs complete the cottage, while a washer and dryer offer simple convenience to guests. Meanwhile, an outdoor shower provides both hot and cold water, perfect for a quick rinse-off when you’ve just returned from a long day at the beach.

A sandy footpath leads to the private West Ruskin Pavilion, just steps away with access to the beach and you are just one block to the nearby Seaside Town Square, filled with everything from local treats to interesting boutiques. For an engaging vacation cottage that provides everything you need, there’s no comparison to the ‘Greenback’, ideally located in the heart of charming and quaint Seaside, Florida.  

*A non-refundable pet fee of $275.00 (plus sales tax) is required. Pets Allowed: Please select under pet options and the $275 pet fee will be added to the reservation for online bookings during the checkout process.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

The homeowners collection associates did a fantastic job. The communication was stellar along with the way they appeased my wife and I for our 20th wedding anniversary with welcoming greetings and a quick overview of the place we stayed and what to expect during our stay. I cannot brag about this place enough! With just a few steps away from the beach, this place was home away from home. It is so close to literally everything! The house was very clean and the staff were MORE than helpful with my every little need. Seaside truly is a dream town and I will be back! I would stay in this house over and over again.

The tiny house that we stayed in was the perfect size for the two of us. Seaside is the perfect vacation destination. The attention to detail and convenience is incredible. The ocean was amazing. There are hidden treasures throughout the community.
