Looking for a premiere Seaside home with a pool, look no more. Knotty by Nature is a one-story home that has undergone extensive renovations in the Spring of 2021 with all new furnishings throughout, a completely renovated modern gourmet kitchen, and all new bathrooms. Check out the stunning renovation at Knotty by Nature, located just six houses from the beach on Savannah Street in Seaside, Florida.

This is the perfect place to entertain or to enjoy breakfast al fresco or an evening glass of wine. Knotty by Nature has a large L-shaped wrap-around furnished porch with an incredible outdoor lounge seating area and an outdoor flat-screen Smart TV for outdoor living at its finest. Across from the outdoor lounge is additional outdoor dining for four, an additional seating nook at the front entrance, and complete with an ice maker as well for entertaining and loading those coolers for the beach!

Step inside and view the open floor plan with a combined living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area with all new designer furnishings features a large sectional sofa with plenty of seating for all and a top-of-the-line Samsung 4K wall-mounted Smart TV (basic cable) and a Sonos soundbar. Directly across from the living is the newly renovated chef’s kitchen with a marble center island with bar seating for three more. This gourmet kitchen was thoughtfully designed with cooking and family meals in mind. There is a built-in Sub Zero panel large refrigerator to accommodate a lengthy stay, a Wolf range four-burner gas stove with a center griddle for cooking, and a Bosch dishwasher. Just steps from the kitchen are a large dining table that comfortably seats 8 with a wall of glass windows overlooking the screened-in porch and a quiet corner sofa nook perfect for reading both overlooking the rear deck pool area.

The one-story home features two king bedrooms and a custom built-in bunk room with a queen over queen bunk bed that comfortably sleeps four. The first bedroom is a king bedroom at the front of the home with front porch access and a large shared full bathroom. The first king has wall-mounted lighting, white beadboard paneling, custom wall storage, and a walk-in closet. The large oversized shared renovated bathroom has a deep soaker tub with rain nozzle, an additional glass-enclosed walk-in rain shower, a double vanity, and a cheery blue and white nautical tile theme throughout.

The second bedroom is the custom-built queen over queen bunk room with a crisp clean white beach board theme throughout, a large mounted flat-screen Smart TV, a jumbo bean bag sofa seat, and a walk-in closet. This is the perfect kids' bunk room! The third bedroom is the king primary suite at the rear of the home with double door access and overlooks the outdoor pool and deck. The king primary has a large, wall-mounted Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar, a generous walk-in closet, and its own renovated private primary bath. The private primary bath has sliding barn door access, a large double vanity sink, a large glass-enclosed walk-in rain shower. The true gem of the home is the rear outdoor deck with the custom plunge pool, one of only a few homes in Seaside to have a private pool.

Need more room for extended family and friends?  The rear guest cottage Feeling TipSea can be rented and sleeps an additional four with a King primary! Use of the pool is for Knotty by Nature guests only.  You can find that combination listed here.

PET FRIENDLY:  For 1 dog or 2 small dogs (small dogs must be less than 20lbs each).  The dog(s) must be left in the kennel when no one is home. There is a custom dog kennel built into the home laundry room for pet accommodations.

Spring, Spring Break, & Summer 5-night minimum; 3-night fall; 2-night winter. Must be 25 years to rent and sign the registration.

We absolutely loved Knotty by Nature. It was the perfect size for our family of 5(with three young children). The kitchen had everything we needed, there was ample and comfortable living space and you cant beat the location. Im looking forward to booking again!

Loved this home and would stay here again. It is just steps from the beach and from the shops in Seaside. An ideal location. We really enjoyed the large wrap around porch & spent a lot of time there. House was clean & spacious. Kitchen has everything that you would need. House was very comfortable and would highly recommend it! The only thing that was a minor issue is...we would have liked for the front bedroom to have better window coverings, like the back bedroom.

We just finished a week-long trip to Seaside and loved every bit of our stay at the Knotty By Nature house! This is a one of a kind home that has been redone so well, we hated to leave. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The location was spectacular. The porches and swimming pool were an added bonus. So many great things about the home, you must see for yourself. We cannot wait to return. It is a gem!
