Thoughtfully reimagined with both relaxation and entertaining in mind, Knotty by Nature offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and location in one of Seaside’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

Exceptional Outdoor Living & Private Pool

Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, Knotty by Nature showcases a large L-shaped wraparound porch ideal for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening gatherings. The porch features a stunning outdoor lounge area complete with a flat-screen Smart TV, creating an inviting space for coastal entertaining.

Across from the lounge area, guests will find outdoor dining for four, a cozy seating nook near the front entrance, and a convenient ice maker, perfect for preparing coolers before heading to the beach. At the rear of the home, a private deck with a custom plunge pool awaits—one of the few private pools in all of Seaside—offering a secluded oasis after a day in the sun.

Open-Concept Living with a Gourmet Kitchen

Inside, the home opens to a bright, open-concept living space that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living area features a spacious designer sectional, a wall-mounted Samsung 4K Smart TV with basic cable, and a Sonos soundbar, creating a comfortable hub for gathering.

The newly renovated chef’s kitchen is both functional and stunning, anchored by a marble center island with bar seating for three. High-end appliances include a built-in Sub-Zero panel refrigerator, a Wolf four-burner gas range with center griddle, and a Bosch dishwasher—perfect for preparing meals during extended stays. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large dining table seats eight and overlooks a wall of glass windows with peaceful views of the screened porch and pool deck.

Spacious Bedrooms & Thoughtful Design

Knotty by Nature comfortably accommodates families and groups with two king bedrooms and a custom-built queen-over-queen bunk room that sleeps four.

  • The front king bedroom features porch access, custom wall storage, beadboard detailing, and a walk-in closet. This bedroom shares a beautifully renovated full bathroom with a deep soaking tub, glass-enclosed rain shower, double vanity, and cheerful blue-and-white nautical tile accents.
  • The bunk room is a favorite for kids, offering a crisp coastal design, a mounted Smart TV, a jumbo bean bag lounge seat, and a walk-in closet.
  • The rear king primary suite overlooks the pool and deck through double doors and serves as a serene retreat. This suite includes a large Smart TV with Sonos soundbar, a generous walk-in closet, and a renovated private bath featuring a double vanity and a glass-enclosed rain shower accessed by a sliding barn door.

Additional Space

For larger groups, the rear guest cottage Feeling TipSea may be rented separately, sleeping an additional four guests with a king primary suite. (Pool use is reserved exclusively for Knotty by Nature guests.)

The private pool may be heated for $35 per day from October 1 through May 1, maintaining a comfortable 85 degrees.

* Spring, Spring Break, & Summer 5-night minimum; 3-night fall; 2-night winter. Must be 25 years to rent and sign the registration.

  • Parking policy: Two parking passes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs require a golf cart permit

Very nice and well located house near the beach and the town. Great management company that was very friendly, let us in a bit early, brought us dog cookies and made sure our beach bracelets which had been missing were brought to us immediately. Great little house.

This cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Seaside. The small pool was an added bonus plus allowing our dog to join us made for a perfect vacation. The property staff was very helpful and polite. We are headed back next year!

Loved this home and would stay here again. It is just steps from the beach and from the shops in Seaside. An ideal location. We really enjoyed the large wrap around porch & spent a lot of time there. House was clean & spacious. Kitchen has everything that you would need. House was very comfortable and would highly recommend it! The only thing that was a minor issue is...we would have liked for the front bedroom to have better window coverings, like the back bedroom.
