Step inside to discover a light-filled interior wrapped in crisp white beadboard and outfitted with designer furnishings throughout. The inviting living area features a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy dining nook for two, and a sleek wall-mounted Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar—ideal for relaxing after a sun-soaked day. Recessed lighting and thoughtful coastal details create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.

Chef-Quality Kitchen with Premium Finishes

The fully renovated kitchen sits just off the living space and is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, including a full-size Wolf oven, Wolf gas range, and Wolf microwave. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level.

Feeling TipSea is the perfect Seaside escape for four. Need a little more room, you can rent the main home Knotty by Nature and Feeling TipSea for a large family escape sleeping 12 in all. (Please be aware there is a private plunge pool off the guest cottage that can be in use by the main cottage Knotty by Nature. Pool Access comes with the main home Knotty by Nature only, not available for the guest cottage Feeling TipSea.)

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Parking policy: One parking pass issued for one-bedroom cottages. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs require a golf cart permit.

I rented this space for the 2nd year in a row. It is perfect for me and for the 3 nights my daughter comes to stay. This year I ran into several issues (wristband issues day 2 and 3, dryer did not work the entire time, ice maker stopped producing ice after the 2nd day of an 8 night stay). The staff was so accommodating! The bracelet was replaced by the time I arrived back from the beach, they gave me access to another dryer. This was not the most convenient but it was very helpful and so appreciated, and they delivered ice to me as needed. I will book again next year and will book through the same company and will likely book Feeling Tipsea. It is so easy to walk to the beach and to the shops, restaurants and food trucks. I still give this space and company 5 stars!

We love Seaside and will be back. For just the two of us the cottage size was perfect. Our only complaint is that the washer dryer combo never worked properly. I also believe the staircases were a bit dangerous. I mean this to be constructive.

Just adorable and SO updated. Bed was fabulous and shower was roomy. The kitchen was very well equipped and washer/dryer works so well. And the location makes every destination a breeze.

Feeling TipSea was the perfect get away. We enjoyed everything about it! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as to Seaside Square and rode the bikes everywhere too. We have vacationed in the Seaside/Watercolor area for the past 15 years and this was our favorite location yet. We would definitely recommend this cottage. We loved it!
