This two bedroom, charming, carriage house-style beach cottage is a charming retreat tucked away on the lovely Savannah Street. Just a stroll away from private beach access and all things Seaside, FL, this retreat sleeps 4, compete with a private balcony and serene vibes. 

As you enter the front door on the first floor, located on the right side of the main home, 'Mellow Yellow' , guests will find two bedrooms on the first level, one queen and one with two twin beds. Also, there is a full bath in the hallway, featuring a shower and single vanity. Each room is airy and offers whimsical artwork, a spacious feeling, and storage space. 

Travel up a set of stairs to land in a bonus loft/apartment area, a seperate area from the sleeping quarter level. The second level boasts a generous living area with a sofa and seating, a dining table for 4, a kitchen, and an additional full bath. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a four burner stove top oven. An open air balcony porch completes this level of the cottage, accompanied by Adirondack seating and a bench swing overlooking tree top views- a prime space to take in the sights and sounds of Seaside, FL. 

Looking for a reset? Look no further. Lemon Drop will not dissapoint! Need more room? The MAIN home, "Mellow Yellow" can be rented as well. 

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break & Summer. 3 night minimum Fall, 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

* Summer 2023 construction is taking place next door.

(Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.)

(Entry for this carriage house can be found behind the main home, Mellow Yellow.  The lockbox containing the key can be found on a beam next to golf cart parking.)
