“Answered Prayers” is a charming 6-bedroom coastal retreat perfectly situated in the heart of Seaside. With its prime location, your family can easily explore local shops, restaurants, and the beach—all just a short stroll away. Once you arrive, you can leave the car parked for the duration of your stay.

Nestled on a corner lot at 141 Smolian Circle, this inviting beach home offers generous porch space and a spacious yard, ideal for outdoor family fun. Step through the front door into a beautifully designed kitchen outfitted with premium appliances. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the open dining and living area, creating the perfect space for gatherings. The dining table comfortably seats seven, with room for three more at the adjacent breakfast bar. In the living area, three cozy sofas invite you to relax, reconnect, and unwind. French doors open to a screened porch overlooking the back courtyard, where you'll find comfortable seating and a hanging bed swing—an ideal spot to watch the kids at play.

A Culligan High Efficiency Water Softener system enhances the home by filtering out calcium, magnesium, and iron, ensuring clean, soft water throughout your stay.

Just off the kitchen is a convenient butler’s pantry with a second refrigerator. This leads to a fun and functional bunk room designed for younger guests. The room features two sets of bunk beds and a full-size Murphy bed (sleeps 6 total), along with an ensuite bath that includes a single vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second level houses four guest bedrooms and a full laundry room. At the top of the stairs is a bedroom with a twin bed. Further down the hallway, a queen bedroom connects to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity. Another guest suite offers a king bed and private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The primary suite is a serene retreat featuring a king bed and a spacious ensuite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.

Head outside to access the third-floor viewing tower via a private staircase. From this lookout, enjoy sweeping 360-degree views of Seaside—an unforgettable place to take in the sunset with a drink in hand.

The guest carriage house sits above the garage in the back courtyard. Accessible via an outdoor staircase, it includes a cozy living area, a kitchenette, a queen bed, and a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

For added comfort and peace of mind, the home is equipped with a REME Halo whole-home air purification system and a brand-new HVAC system, helping to reduce allergens and odors throughout the space.

What a perfect setting for our large family gathering. The home exceeded our expectations and was a treat for all. We had plenty of space to spread out. The bunk room was a huge hit with the younger group and everyone was happy! The location was great - we were so close to the restaurants, shopping and beach! The bikes provided were a very nice addition that we were able to use often! We can't say enough great things - we would love to return to Answered Prayers!

This truly was an answer to our prayers for our giant family trip to Seaside! We never thought we would find something perfect for our large group but Answered Prayers turned out to be just that! The home is spacious and fabulously decorated. We all had plenty of room to spread out and loved all of the different rooms available to us. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with equipment for us to cook in at night! The location was incredible - so close to the shops, restaurants and beach! We were very impressed with the home overall. It was clean and comfortable. We were so thrilled that it had everything we wanted and needed. Thank you to the Homeowners Collection also for helping us find this gem! Great customer service and attention!
