Welcome to "Answered Prayers", an extravagant, 6-bedroom cottage perfectly situated in the heart of Seaside, FL! This beautiful beach home is located on Smolian Circle, allowing guests to take on the town easily.

Upon arrival, guests can park and head up the walkway to spy a large front yard, as well as a relaxing and spacious porch- the perfect outdoor space to call your own for the entirety of your stay featuring Adirondack seating for two and outdoor dining for four. Step inside to find a well-decorated, renovated and open kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances throughout, a large subzero refrigerator and additional breakfast bar seating for three. Nearby, there is a dining area, featuring a large, round table seating eight. Adjacent is a large open living room offering three comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV, and plenty of space for conversation or relaxation. Located off of the kitchen is a butler pantry with an additional second oven and refrigerator. Off the butler pantry is a side deck with outdoor dining for eight surrounded by a large, lush yard. Down the hallway is the first bedroom, a guest suite perfect for the younger members of your family to have their own space during vacation. This area includes two sets of bunk beds, a full-size murphy bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and a private full bath (tub shower combo). 

If you head back into the common area and step through a set of French doors, you’ll find yourself on a lovely, screened in porch, paired with a bed swing, outdoor seating, and tranquil courtyard views. This charming porch also overlooks the private, shaded backyard area, featuring a grill, an outdoor shower, and Adirondack seating.  What a more perfect way to wrap up your day than spending time in your own, serene outdoor sanctuary?

Four additional bedrooms can be found on the second floor. At the top of the stairs, is the second bedroom, with one twin bed. Not far down the hallway is the third bedroom with a queen bed, and a connected (shower only) bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers a king bed with its own ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk in shower.  The fifth bedroom is the king primary suite just down the hall with a large, mounted TV, sitting area, and a luxurious private primary bath. The private bath features two double vanities, a deep soaker tub, and a glass enclosed walk in shower.

Off the second floor is exterior steps that lead to the true gem of the home, a large open-air tower with panoramic 360 degree Seaside town and gulf views. This tower is the perfect spot where guests can enjoy fantastic views of Seaside, with an evening cocktail or morning coffee in hand.

The sixth bedroom can be found in the rear, with its own private entrance, a carriage house with an efficiency kitchen, queen bed, and its own private bathroom with a tub & shower combo. A perfect mother-in-law suite or space for the grandparents!

What a perfect setting for our large family gathering. The home exceeded our expectations and was a treat for all. We had plenty of space to spread out. The bunk room was a huge hit with the younger group and everyone was happy! The location was great - we were so close to the restaurants, shopping and beach! The bikes provided were a very nice addition that we were able to use often! We can't say enough great things - we would love to return to Answered Prayers!

This truly was an answer to our prayers for our giant family trip to Seaside! We never thought we would find something perfect for our large group but Answered Prayers turned out to be just that! The home is spacious and fabulously decorated. We all had plenty of room to spread out and loved all of the different rooms available to us. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with equipment for us to cook in at night! The location was incredible - so close to the shops, restaurants and beach! We were very impressed with the home overall. It was clean and comfortable. We were so thrilled that it had everything we wanted and needed. Thank you to the Homeowners Collection also for helping us find this gem! Great customer service and attention!
