Introducing The Court, an iconic destination in Seaside, Florida. The Court has undergone an extensive 18-month renovation with every detail impeccably thought out. The Court has 8 guest residences overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden centrally located with outdoor seating all just steps from the beach, The Black Bear Bread Company, steps to downtown Seaside, The Coleman Pavilion Beach access, and the Seaside amphitheater.

The Court was previously the Motorcourt, which was originally called the “No Tell Motel.” Back in the day, the Motorcourt offered guests an updated version of a classic motorcourt. The building was designed by American architect Scott Merill, who was a recipient of the Driehaus Architecture Prize in 2016.

Over the years, the building was used for administrative offices, and now it has been completely redone and is premiering as The Court, a vacation destination, unlike any other.

There are six standard court-style rooms. Each court-style room features a queen bed, a custom-designed built-in desk nook perfect for working remotely, a designated built-in coffee station nook, incredible private bathrooms, and a view of the beautifully landscaped central garden and open green, called The Lawn. Each room has been flawlessly designed from luxury Peacock Alley linens to coastal Serena & Lily furnishings throughout. All rooms have ample built-in custom storage, a built-in coffee station complete with a Nespresso maker, an under-counter refrigerator in the room, and two plush bathrobes for use during your stay. Every room has an oversized bathroom with a large bathroom vanity, a marble-tiled walk-in shower, and a rainfall showerhead and shower wand.

Every room has a gorgeous lawn and garden view tucked away behind black-out shades for privacy during your stay. Each room has additional soundproofing for a serene private escape as well as all the modern media luxuries; a Samsung mounted smart frame TV and WIFI booster in every room. Off every room is your very own private side porch with a custom hanging bed and Utility Canvas throw, this is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee.

* Each booking comes with complimentary Cabana Man beach chair set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)  and complimentary swim and tennis.  Room rates include complimentary Cabana Man beach set up from March 1st - November 30th depending on availability.

*The Court is a 2-night minimum year round and a 1-night minimum in winter. The Court yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No one under 25 years of age is allowed.

My wife and I had an extremely enjoyable stay in The Court 2. It was quiet and yet close to the beach and Quincy Circle. From the moment we arrived, Dan, our concierge, was attentive and very helpful. For just the two of us, The Court is a perfect fit and we look forward to return visits!

It was the perfect space for a much needed get away. I especially liked having my own personal porch. Though I was usually up early, I would suggest having maintenance blow the grounds a little later in the morning. Maybe closer to 8 for those that like a little extra peace and quiet.

I've visited Seaside before, but this was my first time staying overnight. I decided to stay for a few days before meeting my family in Destin for our annual summer beach trip. Suffice it to say that I had a great time. The Court was the perfect place to relax, unwind and venture out to explore the town. Everything is within easy walking distance. The room was beautifully appointed and clean, and Dan the concierge was always available to answer any questions I had. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel and the shower was amazing. I would highly recommend the Seaside Homeowner's Collection and The Court in particular to friends and family. I'm already planning a return visit.

Perfect location for exploring Seaside. The accommodations exceeded my expectations and were truly delightful. I would absolutely choose to stay here again. We took advantage of the bikes but didn't stay long enough to enjoy the other amenities (pool, fitness, etc). There is a nice bakery/coffee shop next door.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Court.It is the perfect stay for two people, which often hard to find in this area. The outside porch is great- like an outdoor living room. It is right in the middle of Seaside with a short walk to the beach where your chair & umbrella awaits- included in your stay. You can walk right next door every morning to Black Bear & get your coffee & breakfast. And at night it is a quiet stay. We will definitely return!
So glad you enjoyed the seclusion and the quiet of The Court and its great location!

The two of us came to Seaside for a quick November getaway. The Court was the perfect place for us! We loved all the amenities that were included. The staff was so nice and friendly. The location is awesome being a block away from the town square and the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach during the day and then having a cocktail while sitting in the square and people watching! We look forward to returning soon!
