Welcome to The Court 4, part of The Court, an iconic vacation rental destination in the heart of Seaside Florida. Following an extensive eighteen month renovation, The Court has been thoughtfully reimagined with a focus on timeless design, modern comfort, and an elevated guest experience. This boutique property features eight guest residences arranged around a beautifully landscaped central garden with outdoor seating, offering a peaceful retreat just steps from the best of Seaside.

From The Court 4, guests are moments from the sugar white sand beach, the Coleman Pavilion beach access, Black Bear Bread Company, the Seaside Amphitheater, and the vibrant downtown area, all within easy walking distance.

A Historic Motor Court Reimagined

Originally known as the Motorcourt and once referred to as the No Tell Motel, this building holds a unique place in Seaside history. Designed by acclaimed American architect Scott Merrill, recipient of the Driehaus Architecture Prize, the Motorcourt offered travelers a refined take on classic roadside lodging.

After serving as administrative offices for many years, the property has been fully transformed. Today, it debuts as The Court, a distinctive Seaside vacation rental that honors its architectural legacy while delivering modern luxury.

Court Style Queen Guest Room

The Court 4 is one of six standard court style guest rooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a strong connection to the outdoors. This Queen room overlooks the property’s beautifully landscaped central garden and open green space known as The Lawn, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere throughout your stay.

Inside, the room features a queen bed dressed in luxurious Peacock Alley linens, custom built in storage, and a dedicated desk nook ideal for working remotely. Coastal Serena and Lily furnishings and carefully selected finishes give the space a relaxed yet refined feel.

Elevated In Room Amenities

Guests of The Court 4 enjoy a built in coffee station complete with a Nespresso maker, an under counter refrigerator, and ample storage for a clutter free stay. The oversized private bathroom includes a large vanity, a marble tiled walk in shower, and a rainfall showerhead with wand. Two plush bathrobes are provided for added comfort.

The room is equipped with blackout shades for privacy, enhanced soundproofing for a peaceful night’s rest, a Samsung Smart Frame television, and a dedicated WiFi booster to ensure reliable connectivity.

Private Porch and Garden Views

Just outside the room, a private side porch overlooks the lush lawn and garden. Furnished with a custom hanging bed and a Utility Canvas throw, this outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. It serves as a quiet extension of the room, offering a serene escape just beyond your door.

A Prime Location in the Heart of Seaside

One of the defining features of The Court 4 is its unbeatable location. Guests are steps from Seaside’s shops, restaurants, live music, and beach access, yet return to a setting that feels tucked away and tranquil. The Court 4 offers a refined home base for experiencing everything Seaside and the Florida Panhandle have to offer.

The Court requires a two-night minimum year-round and a one-night minimum in winter. The booking calendar is available up to one year in advance for the general public. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age are allowed; The Court is an adults-only residence.

We love the hidden, quiet nook in the heart of Seaside that the Court is. The room is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed and bedding are excellent, the bath room is bright and spacious with top notch shower, faucets, etc. The electric remote ceiling fan is cool and easy to control. The attached private outdoor porch was well used every morning. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Finally, our host was very nice and helpful. Great trip! We will return.

Location of the Court is amazing, very nice to have a reserved and safe parking space near Seaside town square, and a beautiful room to return to at the end of day. Property is well-maintained and on-site staff provided great customer service. Definitely recommend!
