Introducing The Court, an iconic destination in Seaside, Florida. The Court has undergone an extensive 18-month renovation with every detail impeccably thought out. The Court has 8 guest residences overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden centrally located with outdoor seating all just steps from the beach, The Black Bear Bread Company, steps to downtown Seaside, The Coleman Pavilion Beach access, and the Seaside amphitheater.

The Court was previously the Motorcourt, which was originally called the “No Tell Motel.” Back in the day, the Motorcourt offered guests an updated version of a classic motorcourt. The building was designed by American architect Scott Merill, who was a recipient of the Driehaus Architecture Prize in 2016.

Over the years, the building was used for administrative offices, and now it has been completely redone and is premiering as The Court, a vacation destination, unlike any other.

There are six standard court-style rooms. Each court-style room features a queen bed, a custom-designed built-in desk nook perfect for working remotely, a designated built-in coffee station nook, incredible private bathrooms, and a view of the beautifully landscaped central garden and open green, called The Lawn. Each room has been flawlessly designed from luxury Peacock Alley linens to coastal Serena & Lily furnishings throughout. All rooms have ample built-in custom storage, a built-in coffee station complete with a Nespresso maker, an under-counter refrigerator in room, and two plush bathrobes for use during your stay. Every room has an oversized bathroom with a large bathroom vanity, a marble-tiled walk-in shower, and a rainfall showerhead and shower wand.

Every room has a gorgeous lawn and garden view tucked away behind black-out shades for privacy during your stay. Each room has additional soundproofing for a serene private escape as well as all the modern media luxuries; a Samsung mounted smart frame TV and WIFI booster in every room. Off every room is your very own private side porch with a custom hanging bed and Utility Canvas throw, this is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee.

* Each booking comes with complimentary Cabana Man beach chair set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)  and complimentary swim and tennis.  Room rates include complimentary Cabana Man beach set up from March 1st - November 30th depending on availability.

*The Court is a 2-night minimum year round and a 1-night minimum in winter. The Court yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No one under 25 years of age is allowed.

This 1 bedroom bungalow was in the heart of Seaside and could not be more perfect. I came for a work event and wished I could have enjoyed more of the amenities. The unit was decorated beautifully, updated, and clean. The staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.

This was our second visit to Seaside, but our first experience with the Court. Everything was perfect. From check in to check out, we had only positive experiences. The facilities, staff, accommodations, service, and amenities are top tier. Access to shops, restaurants and the beach could not have been more convenient. We will certainly stay here again.

We have been coming to Seaside for almost 30 years and just discovered The Court (the recently renovated Seaside Motor Court). What a wonderful surprise!We came for a 2 night honeymoon and were treated like VIPs. Dan, the property manager, sent welcoming texts before we arrived, met us outside to give us our parking pass, walked us to our gorgeous cabin (#8) and gave us explanations about the property and our immaculate rooms. He even had Modica Pinot Grigio chilling in our room! He is so personable and delightful to talk with. He wanted to make sure we felt at home and did everything to make us feel that way. On Thursday, The Court hosted an event for the guests including live music, delicious hors doeuvres from Black Bear Bakery, and drinks. We met other staff members including Brigitte, who was also very welcoming and gracious to us. And Laverne, who is in charge of maintaining the lush landscaping, remembered us from years ago when we would come with our young daughters. Even the checkout texts from Lily welcoming us to come back again were warm-hearted. All in all this was the best experience we have ever had in Seaside and this will be the only place we come to in the future. We have told family and friends about this marvelous, special hideaway and yes it is very private. Thank You for giving us such a wonderful experience!
