The Court Garden Bungalow offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed retreat within The Court, one of Seaside Florida’s most distinctive vacation rental destinations. Following a comprehensive eighteen month renovation, The Court now features eight beautifully appointed guest accommodations arranged around a central garden and lawn. Guests enjoy a prime Seaside location just steps from the beach, the Coleman Pavilion beach access, Black Bear Bread Company, downtown Seaside, and the Seaside Amphitheater.

A Reimagined Seaside Landmark

Originally known as the Motor Court and once referred to as the No Tell Motel, this historic Seaside property has evolved through decades of use. After serving as administrative offices, the building has been fully restored and reintroduced as The Court, blending classic character with modern coastal comfort. Today, it stands as a unique vacation destination that honors Seaside’s architectural legacy while offering elevated accommodations.

ADA Accessible King Garden Bungalow

The Garden Bungalow is a fully ADA compliant king guest room located at the edge of The Court Lawn, offering added space, privacy, and accessibility. Designed with an open and airy coastal aesthetic, the bungalow is filled with soft white tones, natural light, and carefully curated furnishings.

The bedroom features a striking four poster king bed, dual nightstands with lamps, oversized pendant lighting, and a custom built in desk ideal for remote work or trip planning. Enhanced soundproofing, a Samsung Smart Frame television, and a dedicated WiFi booster ensure a comfortable and connected stay.

Thoughtful In Room Amenities

Adjacent to the desk nook is a built in coffee station complete with a Nespresso maker, custom cabinetry with generous storage, and an under mount mini refrigerator. Guests enjoy two distinct garden perspectives including a window view overlooking The Court Lawn and rear garden views from the private front entrance and porch.

The spacious bathroom is designed with accessibility and comfort in mind and includes a marble vanity, a glass enclosed walk in shower with marble tile, a rainfall showerhead and wand, safety railings, and a built in teak shower bench.

Private Porch with Lawn Views

One of the defining features of the Garden Bungalow is its private furnished front porch, which opens directly onto the shared lush lawn. Outfitted with seating for four and soft pendant lighting, the porch provides a relaxing outdoor space for morning coffee, casual meals, or evening conversation. The porch creates a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living.

Elevated Finishes and Guest Comforts

Like all accommodations at The Court, the Garden Bungalow is finished with luxurious Peacock Alley linens and coastal Serena and Lily furnishings. Guests have access to ample built in storage, two plush bathrobes, two Court logo beach towels, two insulated tumblers, an insulated water jug, and an in room coffee station with under counter refrigeration.

A Central Yet Peaceful Seaside Stay

The Court Garden Bungalow combines accessibility, space, and style in one of Seaside Florida’s most walkable locations. With the beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment just moments away, guests can enjoy the energy of downtown Seaside while returning to a calm and thoughtfully designed retreat.

The Court requires a two-night minimum year-round and a one-night minimum in winter. The booking calendar is available up to one year in advance for the general public. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age are allowed; The Court is an adults-only residence.
