Introducing The Court, an iconic destination in Seaside, Florida. The Court has undergone an extensive 18-month renovation with every detail impeccably thought out. The Court has 8 guest rooms overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden centrally located with outdoor seating all just steps from the beach, The Black Bear Bread Company, downtown Seaside, The Coleman Pavilion Beach access, and the Seaside amphitheater.

The Court was previously the Motor court, which was originally called the “No Tell Motel.” Back in the day, the Motor court offered guests an updated version of a classic motorcourt. Over the years, the building was used for administrative offices, and now it has been completely redone and is premiering as The Court, a vacation destination, unlike any other.

The Garden Bungalow is an ADA-compliant king room framing the end of The Court lawn with its own outdoor private furnished porch with seating for four and pendant lighting overlooking a majestic shared lush lawn directly off the porch front entrance. The Garden Bungalow has an open-airy coastal vibe bathed in bright white colors and features a large four-poster king bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and oversized pendant lighting framing the room. There is a custom built-in desk perfect for working remotely, a Samsung mounted Smart Frame TV, a WIFI booster, as well as additional soundproofing for a serene private escape. Adjacent to the desk nook is a built-in coffee station, custom built-in cabinets with plenty of storage, and an under-mount mini fridge. There are two garden views, The Court Lawn view from a window that overlooks The Court lawn and the rear garden views off the entrance and private furnished front porch. The large bathroom features a marble single vanity, marble tiled glass enclosed walk-in shower, a rainfall shower head and shower wand, railings, and a built-in teak shower bench.

Each room has been flawlessly designed from luxury Peacock Alley linens to coastal Serena & Lilly furnishings throughout. All rooms have ample built-in custom storage, a coffee station complete with a Nespresso maker, two insulated tumblers, an insulated water jug, an under-counter refrigerator in room, two Court logo beach towels, and two plush bathrobes for use during your stay.

* Each booking comes with complimentary Cabana Man beach chair set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)  and complimentary swim and tennis.  Room rates include complimentary Cabana Man beach set up from March 1st - November 30th depending on availability.

*The Court is a 2-night minimum year round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No one under 25 years of age allowed.

We just returned from a great stay at The Court. It is beautiful and very very close walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the beach set up with chairs and umbrella, the short walk to amazing shops, restaurants, two pools and charming neighborhoods. Our room had a spa bathroom with canopy king size bed and tastefully decorated. Bike riding to nearby towns and fantastic restaurants. I would definitely return.

Parking is so easy. Room has a great bed and bathroom. Plenty of space for 2 and a nice outdoor sitting area outside the front door. So close to the town square. A concierge is available by phone/text for any questions. We really enjoyed having a beach chair setup with cabana man. Such a perfect place. We will definitely be back.

We couldnt be happier to find a hotel type accommodation right in the heart of Seaside. The Court staff were so friendly and accommodating. Any time we had a question they went out of their way to attend to our questions or needs. We loved having a dedicated parking, beach setups and bikes. However because we were steps away from the circle, we didnt even need to bike anywhere. We didnt have a need for a full house or kitchen so the hotel style room was perfect for a couples getaway. The Court is also adjacent to Black Bear Bread Company which made grabbing coffee and breakfast so easy (and yummy). We will definitely stay here again.
