The Court Ivory Tower is the most distinctive and elevated accommodation within The Court, an iconic Seaside Florida vacation destination. Following an extensive eighteen month renovation, The Court now offers eight thoughtfully designed guest accommodations arranged around a beautifully landscaped central lawn. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Seaside, this retreat sits just steps from the beach, the Coleman Pavilion beach access, Black Bear Bread Company, downtown Seaside, and the Seaside Amphitheater.

A Historic Setting Reimagined

Originally known as the Motorcourt and once referred to as the No Tell Motel, this landmark property has played many roles throughout Seaside’s history. Designed by acclaimed American architect Scott Merrill, recipient of the Driehaus Architecture Prize, the building has been carefully restored after years of administrative use. Today, it reemerges as The Court, blending architectural heritage with refined coastal luxury.

A Private Two and a Half Story Escape

The Ivory Tower is a rare two and a half story suite located at the southern edge of The Court Lawn, offering an unmatched sense of privacy and elevation. Designed as a serene retreat for two, this king suite feels entirely its own, tucked above the garden and rising toward the Gulf.

The ground level features a beautifully appointed king primary bedroom with a bright coastal palette, custom built in desk ideal for remote work, a mounted Samsung Frame television, and a spa inspired private bathroom. The bathroom includes a glass enclosed rain shower and elegant finishes designed for comfort and relaxation.

Elevated Living with Garden Views

An artful spiral staircase connects the levels and leads to the second floor living space, where natural light pours in through surrounding windows. This open living area is styled with Serena and Lily furnishings, curated Gray Malin photography, and refined designer details throughout. A Juliette balcony overlooks the lush Court Lawn, creating a seamless connection between indoor living and the landscaped gardens below.

This level also includes a Nespresso coffee station, under counter refrigerator, and a convenient half bath, making the space ideal for lingering mornings or quiet evenings in.

The Tower Loft with Gulf Views

Above the living area, the enclosed tower loft serves as the signature feature of the Ivory Tower. With comfortable seating for two and sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, this loft offers a peaceful perch to read, unwind, or simply take in the coastal horizon. It is a true escape within the suite and the defining element that sets this accommodation apart.

Refined Details and Guest Comforts

Every element of the Ivory Tower has been thoughtfully curated, from luxurious Peacock Alley linens to coastal Serena and Lily furnishings throughout. Guests enjoy ample built in custom storage, two plush bathrobes, two Court logo beach towels, insulated tumblers, an insulated water jug, and premium in room amenities designed to elevate the stay.

Just beyond the suite, a shared rear garden lawn is beautifully landscaped and furnished with chaise lounges, offering an additional outdoor space to relax and enjoy the Seaside surroundings.

The Crown Jewel of The Court

The Court Ivory Tower offers a rare combination of architectural character, vertical living, and elevated views in one of Seaside Florida’s most sought after locations. Ideal for couples seeking privacy, romance, and a truly unique stay, this one of a kind suite delivers an unforgettable Seaside experience.

The Court requires a two-night minimum year-round and a one-night minimum in winter. The booking calendar is available up to one year in advance for the general public. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age are allowed; The Court is an adults-only residence.
