Dreamsicle is tucked away down a serene footpath in the peaceful, Rosewalk- a group of classic beach cottages in Seaside, FL. This area offers a timeless beach vibe, allowing guests to feel like they are in a fairytale storybook. In fact- this is Rosewalks' original beach cottage! Offering a relaxing location and within walking distance to the beach and town happenings, Dreamsicle is the 'dream' spot perfect for young families to experience a Seaside, Florida vacation.

Arrive and park in your designated spot in front of this completely renovated cottage. The open air front porch greets you with outdoor dining for six and an additional seating area with rockers and a bench swing, the perfect morning coffee escape or a great evening cocktail spot. This porch overlooks serene and shaded Robert's Walk covered by a tree canopy and sandy foot paths, a perfect place to escape and unwind after a long day at the beach. Step inside this updated family home and find a combined living floor plan with a renovated kitchen, central living room space, and a fun built in dining area with a disco ball. The completely renovated kitchen has a fun retro Smeg refrigerator, an Italian Bertazoni four burner gas stove and oven combo, and a compact dishwasher. This fully equipped kitchen has all you need for meals at home to start or end the day. The adjacent living area features a sofa and additional chair seating for two. (the living room does not have a TV) The adjacent custom built in dining area has a fun dining space with cushioned, booth style seating for six or more that sits under a disco ball light fixture.

Off the living area is the first bedroom, a queen with a large mounted flat screen television and a closet. The adjacent second bedroom has one twin bunk and a small built in closet. There is also a laundry closet in this room with a stackable washer and dryer. These bedrooms share the renovated full bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. There is a door with access to the outdoor enclosed shower perfect to clean up after long beach days. Off the living room is a ships ladder to access the bonus loft that has an additional twin bed to sleep five in total. Off the front porch is an outdoor charcoal grill perfect for family dinner nights at home. This cottage is the perfect young family escape on magical Rosewalk just 1 minute to the beach and a 5 minute walk to downtown Seaside, FL to in town entertainment at the Seaside Amphitheater and access to over 35 shops and restaurants within walking distance from your front door!

Our family of 4 stayed at Dreamsicle for Spring Break and loved everything about it! The house is adorable and nicely updated with fun decor. The location on lovely Tupelo St. is perfect and minutes from the beach and town center. Dreamsicle is located on The Rosewalk which is charming and serene. Highly recommend!

Our family stayed in Dreamsicle cottage in March and loved every bit of it. We had plenty of space, loved the decor and were very comfortable staying here. The location was great - we were very close to the heart of Seaside and the beach. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a two bedroom that's close to the beach and updated nicely!
