Welcome to Fleur de Lis 2, ideally located on Seaside Avenue just 3 houses to the Seaside Amphitheater and one block to the beach. Fleur de Lis 2 is a recent addition to the Homeowner’s Collection. This cottage is flanked by large outdoor porches running the length of the home both upstairs and downstairs. The first-floor open-air porch has outdoor dining for six and a large lounge area complete with a sofa perfect for morning coffee or evening wine as you watch over beautiful Seaside Avenue. There is a large enclosed yard with a white picket fence perfect for the kids and a private driveway with ample parking for two cars.

This family-friendly two-bedroom home has beautiful pickled wood floors, updated designer furniture, and touches throughout the home.  There is a recently updated kitchen, large open living room, and dining all on the first floor of the home. The open living room has a flat-screen mounted TV and plenty of seating all adjacent to the dining area for six.  On the first floor is a half bath perfect for entertaining or guests.  The rear porch has plenty of space and storage for all the beach gear and overlooks the large private backyard.  Off the rear porch is an outdoor shower area and the grilling area. 

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bonus living area as well. The first bedroom is the king primary bedroom with a flat-screen mounted TV, French doors that open onto the screened-in front porch, and a private renovated modern bath with double vanity and shower only.  The second queen bedroom has a large flat-screen mounted TV and porch access as well.  The bonus living area upstairs is the perfect spot for board games, afternoon naps, and movie time, and has a queen sleeper sofa as well to comfortably sleep nine in total.  The upstairs screened-in furnished porch is accessed by both bedrooms, features additional rocker seating, and another lounge area, and has wooded views of Seaside Avenue to enjoy. Fleur De Lis 2 is a perfect Seaside family escape with a Seaside Avenue prime location.

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. Not available during peak season. 5-night minimum Spring | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Great location. House was spacious and well equipped. Outdoor porches were fantastic.However the furniture on the porches needed to be cleaned. The only negative to this house is that the air conditioner unit is too small for the house. It did not cool the house sufficiently for the September weather. Overall it is a wonderful property.

Long time Seaside renter - first time using Homeowners Collection. No major concerns, but we were told about your "contactless" arrival only to find a face to face process was involved to complete paperwork at the house. It was very nice not having to go to a rental office. The only other issues were door codes changing which were resolved with a phone call.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fleur De Lis 2. We knew from the online pictures how great it looked but were pleasantly surprised to find the real thing even better! We loved the location - so close to the shops and restaurants and such a short walk to the beach! Everything was incredible and comfortable and clean. We have stayed in Seaside before but this was our first time at Fleur de Lis 2 and we will definitely stay again!

We were so pleased with your Fleur de lis property. We will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We loved the location as well. Thank you to the homeowners collection for all your guidance and for the wonderful welcome basket! We loved the bikes!
