Welcome to "Gimme Shelter" Lockoff in Seaside, Florida, a coastal gem perfectly situated and named after the owner’s favorite tune. This fully renovated cottage promises the ultimate escape for two during the off-season in Seaside, Florida (available only in winter).

Upon arrival, guests can park and stroll down a serene, shaded footpath that leads to the entrance of this beach home. Keep an eye out for the lush greenery along the way, which adds to the enchanting vacation vibe. At the front of the cottage, you'll find a charming setup for morning coffee with seating for two on the open-air porch. Inside, the modern cottage welcomes you with contemporary designer furnishings that embody coastal style.

The first level features a king primary bedroom with its own renovated bathroom. The downstairs king suite includes a flat-screen TV, a closet, and a stylish bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower equipped with a rain head and a shower wand.

Ascend to the second floor to discover an open, modern living space featuring a flat-screen Apple TV and plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and socializing. This level also boasts a dining area with a table for four, along with a fully equipped open kitchen. Step out onto the covered balcony porch, which offers outdoor dining for four and tranquil tree-top views—ideal for anyone seeking the true beach experience!

Additional amenities include a Sonos speaker system, Apple TV, washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, and a pole-mounted grill. If you're looking for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, "Gimme Shelter" is your perfect getaway!

* 3-night minimum during Winter, available only in the off-season. Must be 25 to rent and sign the registration.

* 1 parking passes for one-bedroom homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

Perfect property for a couple - very convenient both to the beach and "downtown" Seaside. Porches on both levels were perfect for reading and enjoying sea breeze. Beautifully decorated. 18 stairs between levels would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

I arrived at Seaside on Friday, 12/29/23. Once I got settled, I enjoyed exploring Seaside and taking walks on the beach and in the community. My NYE included fireworks over the beach, dinner at Bud and Alleys and dancing at midnight to a great band on the deck behind Bud and Alleys! Though it was a little chilly weather wise, I had some fairly warm days as well. I had such a relaxing time, I am now returning to Seaside for Christmas and New Years at the end of 2024, renting a home for 2 weeks. Overall, my stay was excellent!

We really enjoyed the Gimme Shelter cottage in Seaside. We stayed in the one bedroom lockoff and it was the perfect size for us. Plenty of space to spread out and the bed was very comfortable! The cottage was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. We will definitely be back!

We LOVED the Gimme Shelter cottage. We rented the one-bedroom lockoff in January and it was perfect. The decor was beautiful and updated. The bed was super comfortable and the living area and kitchen were spacious and we had plenty of room! The front porch was a great spot to hang out and the location was terrific. Very close to everything in Seaside - just a quick walk but Homeowners collection also provided two bikes for us that we used to visit the surrounding areas of Seaside. A nice treat! We will be back to Gimme Shelter again!
