Designed as a romantic coastal retreat, this charming beach home is available exclusively during the winter season, offering the perfect off-season escape for two in Seaside, Florida.

Guests arrive via a tranquil, tree-lined walkway that instantly sets the tone for relaxation. At the front of the cottage, an open-air porch with seating for two invites you to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail surrounded by lush greenery. Upstairs, a covered balcony porch features outdoor dining for four and serene treetop views, creating an ideal setting for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Primary King Suite & Spa-Inspired Bath

The first level of the home is dedicated to comfort and privacy, featuring a king primary bedroom with a mounted flat-screen TV and closet space. The newly renovated ensuite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, rain shower head, and handheld wand, perfect for rinsing off after sandy beach days.

* 2-night minimum during Winter, available only in the off-season. Must be 25 to rent and sign the registration.

Our friend's daughter got married in the Seaside Chapel. We decided to stay a couple days after the wedding for a nice holiday. The house was perfect. I wanted a bathroom with a countertop (not pedestal) and a large shower, which is one of the reasons I chose this cottage. I also wanted a washer/dryer. This house had everything I needed. Plus, the owners supplied us with laundry detergent, beach towels, an insulated bag, a bottle of wine (with opener), and complimentary bike rentals. The amenities are easy to access, just a quick stroll to the Modica market or beach. It was perfect for me and hubby to get away. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Gimme Shelter was perfect for our anniversary seaside getaway! The perfect location. Easy access to the beach and to seaside square. The rental was very clean, bed super comfortable, and the decor is top tier. We are already planning to come back and stay here again!

Perfect property for a couple - very convenient both to the beach and "downtown" Seaside. Porches on both levels were perfect for reading and enjoying sea breeze. Beautifully decorated. 18 stairs between levels would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

We really enjoyed the Gimme Shelter cottage in Seaside. We stayed in the one bedroom lockoff and it was the perfect size for us. Plenty of space to spread out and the bed was very comfortable! The cottage was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. We will definitely be back!
