Welcome to ‘Gulf View’ in Seaside, Florida just renovated and never before on a rental program, this modern cottage is just 4 houses to the beach on West Ruskin Street. This coastal sanctuary promises a true reset, as well as serene outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Arrive and park in a private driveway (for two cars) and make your way to the welcoming open air front porch complete with lounge seating and Adirondack seating for four, the perfect morning coffee hang out. Step inside into an open floor plan with a completely renovated kitchen and designer furnishings throughout the home. The first level of the cottage includes a spacious living area with a large sectional sofa and two club chairs as well as a large mounted flat screen TV, a perfect family space for movie nights or board games. Adjacent is a dining table that easily seats eight across from the modern kitchen. The kitchen features a center island with stone counters, two pendant lights, and additional bar seating for four more. The crisp white kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, a large double door fridge as well as a beverage and wine fridge. The first floor also features a half bath for the living spaces and a laundry closet with a full-size stackable washer and dryer. Guests can also access a private, screened-in back porch, featuring outdoor seating and dining. The first floor also has the first bedroom, a queen with a private bathroom with plenty of storage. The renovated bathroom features a marble single vanity and glass enclosed walk in shower.

Make your way to the second story to find three more bedrooms. The second bedroom is a queen with custom built in wardrobe closets, new furnishings throughout, and balcony access. The third bedroom is the king primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This king primary features a closet with ample storage, new furnishings, as well as front balcony access. The private primary marble bathroom as a single vanity and a glass enclosed walk in shower. Next is a common living space with a day bed and a large flat screen TV, a perfect secondary living room for the kids or teens. The fourth bedroom is off this living room at the rear of the home with a closet and dresser for plenty of storage. Off the living room, is a shared full bathroom with a single vanity and a tub & shower combo. This shared bathroom serves the front queen and twins bedroom. The bedrooms all share the true gem of the second floor, the open air second story large balcony featuring lounge seating and a chaise lounger overlooking tree top views.

Head up a final set of stairs to the third-floor glass enclosed tower with an open air Juliette balcony. This generous tower features bar top seating for four and club chairs for two more. The open-air Juliette balcony features incredible Seaside town views, gulf views, and incredible sunsets. Gulf view is a luxury updated Seaside home with a prime location just four houses to the beach and one block to downtown Seaside.

We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful cottage right in the middle of Seaside, Florida and 30A. What a great location! It is only 4 houses to the beach. We loved the front porch for enjoying our coffee in the morning and refreshments in the evening. It truly was a great setting for our family trip. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Thank you to the property management company for helping us find this gem and getting us acclimated to Seaside!
