Welcome to Gulfview, a beautifully renovated coastal cottage in the heart of Seaside, Florida—new to the rental market and thoughtfully designed for modern beach living. Located on West Ruskin Street just four houses from the beach, this inviting home offers a prime location paired with serene outdoor spaces and stylish interiors, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing Seaside getaway.

Outdoor Living & Arrival

Guests arrive to a private driveway with parking for two cars and are welcomed by an open-air front porch furnished with lounge seating and Adirondack chairs for four. This breezy porch is an ideal spot for morning coffee or winding down after a day at the beach. A screened-in back porch on the first floor provides additional outdoor dining and seating, offering multiple spaces to enjoy Seaside’s coastal atmosphere.

First-Floor Living & Kitchen

Inside, Gulfview features an open-concept layout with designer furnishings and a fully renovated kitchen. The spacious living area includes a large sectional sofa, two club chairs, and a mounted flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or family gatherings. Just beyond, the dining table comfortably seats eight and flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen.

The kitchen is outfitted with crisp white cabinetry, stone countertops, a center island with bar seating for four, pendant lighting, stainless-steel appliances, a double-door refrigerator, and a separate beverage and wine fridge. A convenient half bath and laundry closet with a full-size stackable washer and dryer complete the main living level.

Also located on the first floor is a queen guest bedroom with a private ensuite bath featuring a marble single vanity, generous storage, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

Second-Floor Bedrooms & Bonus Living Space

The second floor hosts three additional bedrooms and a secondary living area. A queen bedroom features custom built-in wardrobe closets and direct balcony access. The primary king suite includes ample closet storage, new furnishings, front balcony access, and a private marble bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

A cozy bonus living space with a daybed and large flat-screen TV serves as a perfect hangout for kids or teens. The fourth bedroom, located at the rear of the home, offers comfortable accommodations with ample storage. A shared full bathroom with a tub and shower combination serves the queen and twin-bed bedrooms.

The highlight of the second floor is the expansive open-air balcony, furnished with lounge seating and a chaise lounger overlooking peaceful treetop views.

Tower Level & Sunset Views

At the top of the home, a glass-enclosed third-floor tower provides a unique retreat with bar-top seating for four and additional club chairs. Step out onto the Juliette balcony to take in panoramic views of Seaside, glimpses of the Gulf, and unforgettable sunsets—a true signature feature of this coastal cottage.

* Saturday-Saturday 7-night min. rentals during Summer; 5 night minimum in Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration

The property was amazing, clean and well-maintained. When we got there we noticed the sink was leaking and they brought someone out to the property right away. They truly provided great customer service. We were 6 adults and 4 small children. We were very comfortable in the house. It even brought a crib for my son which was great. It was very close to the beach and town center. Absolutely love staying in seaside. This was a great house. Would definitely stay again!
