Karibu is the charming guest cottage of Hakuna Matata, located conveniently near the West side pool and just a two-minute walk from the beach. It opens into a quaint courtyard with a barbecue grill and is privately accessed via one of Seaside’s picturesque footpaths. Like the main house, Karibu is filled with natural light, thanks to three sets of French doors on each of its two floors. The covered front porch, which spans the length of the building, leads directly into the open living room. Inside, you'll find a staircase to the second floor, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a half bath for the common areas.

A breakfast bar with seating for four separates the living room from the kitchen. The washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet within the kitchen, and a cozy rocking chair by one of the French doors creates the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee.

Upstairs, the second floor features a bright and spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. Both the bedroom and the full bath open onto the second-floor balcony through French doors. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat for two or additional space for a small family getaway to Seaside, Karibu is a hidden gem!

*5-night Spring Break, Spring; 3 night Fall; 2-night Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration

We loved our stay in Seaside. Karibu is a roomy one bedroom/ 1 1/2 bath with King bed. We loved the location- directly across from the lap pool and less than a block to the beach. The unit was very clean with nice linens and full kitchen and laundry. Great communication and customer service. Would definitely rent Karibu in the future!
