Nestled in the heart of Seaside, this cheerful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is perfectly located in the 25 Central Square Building overlooking the town center and Seaside Amphitheater. Wake up at “Glorious Mornings” to beautiful sunrise views and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee from the Amavida Coffee Roasters just below your private balcony. You and your guests will enjoy the close proximity to stylish boutiques, local restaurants, and Seaside’s iconic Airstream Row, while being just steps from the beach.  After a nice long day at the beach, have a glass of wine and relax on the porch as they ring the sunset bell at Bud and Alleys!

This bright, comfy condo is decorated with a boho-beach style. Sisal rugs, fresh white linens,  and cheery art complete the relaxed coastal feel.

On the main floor, you’ll be greeted by an open design featuring a fully appointed custom kitchen with a cozy, corner banquette and an inviting living area with a built-in entertainment center and a large, wall mounted smart TV. Additional entertainment options include free Wifi, books, and board games for lazy afternoons or evenings.

From the covered outdoor balcony with Adirondack seating for four, you will enjoy gorgeous sunrises, sweeping gulf views, and people watching. You also have a bird’s eye view of  theatrical and musical performances regularly given at the theater.  

Just up the staircase is a master suite appointed with a king-size bed and en-suite bath featuring a custom vanity and walk-in shower. The bedroom offers plenty of storage, a wall-mounted TV, and a cozy window seat with stunning views of the gulf.

An additional bedroom has a full bed and en-suite bath with a tub/shower and opens to a sunny, private patio overlooking the courtyard. 

Amenities: Building amenities include a private, coded elevator to access the third floor and a relaxing courtyard with club chair groupings and gorgeous Seaside views. 

Parking: This unit receives one parking pass for limited parking directly behind the building on a first come, first-served basis or on nearby Smolian Circle.  Additional vehicles may pay the daily rate for paid parking areas. 

* 5-night minimum for Spring, Spring break, and Summer; 3-night Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

My husband & I enjoyed our get away at Glorious Mornings for the 2024 30A Songwriters Festival. It was more space than needed for 2, but a lot of the one bedroom cottages/condos in Seaside are very tight on space. This was perfect and allowed us to have another couple over for wine before seeing a show at the Lyceum. The views from the balcony and primary bedroom are lovely. The management company was communicative and professional. Thank you!

We love Glorious Mornings so much! This is the 2nd year in a row my husband and I and two young boys stayed here and it was a dream come true trip! Being right across the street from the beach and right in town center makes such a huge difference with two young kiddos. The cherry on top - the amazing games, puzzles, beach toys! We could not have asked for a better stay and we 100% will be back again next summer! Counting down the days!!

Talk about the perfect Seaside rental! Being able to walk out the door to the farmers market, movies on the green, grab a bite from the food trucks, dinner, a snow cone, or venture down to the beach this property allows you to enjoy it all with ease. It was just so easy and convenient! We loved being right there but also being able to wake up with the view of the ocean on one side and the gorgeous sunsets on the other. This property was a dream come true and we cant wait to keep coming back year after year! Thank you again for the most perfect getaway!!
