Sea for Two boasts a prime location in Seaside, Florida, situated directly opposite the beach on Savannah Street. Just two blocks away lies the Seaside Amphitheater and Central Square, offering a plethora of dining and shopping options, all conveniently within walking distance of your cottage. This adorable one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest cottage is ideal for a cozy weekend getaway for two.

As you make your way down the footpath to the cottage, you'll find the entrance at the rear of the home, leading to a foyer, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower only. The queen bedroom opens onto a private porch, furnished with Adirondack seating for two, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Ascending the spiral staircase to the second floor, you'll discover the living areas, including a well-equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The kitchen is stocked with essential appliances such as an oven, a four-burner stove top, a dishwasher, a microwave, a blender, and a coffee maker. The living area is furnished with a sofa, a chair, and a Juliette balcony offering picturesque views of 30A and the town. Guests can even enjoy fireworks from the balcony during July 4th and New Year's Eve celebrations.

This cottage embodies the quintessential style of Seaside—charming, romantic, quaint, and perfectly situated. For those in need of additional space, the main 3-bedroom cottage, "Monday’s Child", is also available for rent.

* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This home is just a couple of blocks from all of the downtown Seaside action and directly across from the Savannah pavilion so it was easy to walk to everything. The home is small but it was the perfect size for two. I liked that the bedroom/bathroom were downstairs so we didn't have to carry luggage up stairs. We have stayed on 30a many times in all level of homes and for this trip with just two of us this charming cottage was a perfect fit. I always love renting from Homeowners Collection because they are very easy to communicate with. A representative was at our door before we even got in good to make sure we had what we needed and give us her card in case we had any additional issues. I couldn't ask for a better rental experience.

Very nice place for two to sneak away right in the heart of Seaside. We love staying at this little cottage. Takes you back to simplicity and the origins of Seaside. Love this little house!

This little cottage has the perfect location directly across from the beach access and about 2 minute walk to the main square of Seaside with all of the shops and restaurants! It is tucked away behind the main house so the privacy was perfect while also having access directly to the 30a sidewalk. It was clean and stocked with all necessities. The wifi didn't work when we first arrived, but somebody came and fixed it very quickly. Already considering another visit!

This was an incredible home to stay in for our Seaside vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed Sea For Two and cannot wait to return. Home was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us along with the two complimentary bikes that we used to venture just a bit out of the Seaside community. We loved every bit of it and will certainly return.
