Suite Magnolia I is a charming two-bedroom vacation rental in the heart of Seaside, Florida,
designed for couples and young families seeking a relaxed, walkable 30A beach getaway.
Ideally located just a five-minute walk to Seaside’s private beach access and only four minutes
from the West End Family Pool, this thoughtfully positioned cottage allows guests to park once
and enjoy everything Seaside has to offer on foot. With more than 40 restaurants, boutiques,
cafés, and local shops just steps away, spontaneous dining and sunset strolls are part of the
experience.

Outdoor Living & Convenient Arrival

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a ground-level open-air porch complete with a classic
bench swing—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day along the Gulf. An adjacent
charcoal grill provides an easy setup for casual beachside cookouts. The property includes
designated parking for one vehicle directly in front of the cottage, and as the front residence on
the lot, Suite Magnolia 1 offers added convenience when unloading luggage and beach gear.

Two Private Queen Suites on the First Floor

The first floor is dedicated to restful accommodations, featuring two queen bedrooms, each with
its own private ensuite bathroom—an ideal layout for two couples or families traveling together.
One bedroom offers abundant natural light, a spacious dresser, and an updated ensuite with a
single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second queen bedroom includes a central
dresser, private television, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a
glass-enclosed walk-in shower. A central staircase leads upstairs to the main living space.

Bright Second-Floor Living with Screened Porch

The second level opens to a light-filled living area with vaulted ceilings and coastal charm
throughout. Two green sofas and a club chair are arranged around a central coffee table,
creating a comfortable space for relaxing or enjoying movie nights on the mounted flat-screen
TV.

French doors extend the living space onto a spacious screened-in porch featuring outdoor
dining for four and two rocking chairs. Whether enjoying al fresco meals, coastal breezes, or an

Adjacent to the living room, the modern kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for
meals at home. The dining table comfortably seats six, while the kitchen features a full-size
refrigerator, four-burner electric cooktop, mounted microwave, full-size dishwasher, coffee
maker, ample cabinetry, cookware, and a nearby pantry for added storage. A convenient half
bathroom off the main living area enhances comfort and functionality.

* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, and Fall; 5-night minimum Summer; 2-night minimum
Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.

We all absolutely loved our stay at Suite Magnolia! The space is generous and beautifully done — plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel right at home. It's the kind of place that impresses from the moment you walk in and just keeps getting better. Our whole group had an incredible time and we would return without a second thought!

What a beautiful home in the heart of the town. So easy to walk everywhere and it came with two bikes if we wanted to explore further. The interior was designed so beautifully and it was comfortable and CLEAN. We loved every minute of our vacation and we can't wait to come back.
