Welcome to PB&J, a charming coastal cottage just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Seaside Amphitheater. This updated 3-bedroom and 3-bath cottage, located on East Ruskin Street, offers a perfect blend of convenience and comfort.
The home features private driveway parking and a spacious front porch with rocking chairs and outdoor dining - ideal for family time. Indoors, the open first level boasts high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a dining table for eight. After food, flop into the adjacent living area, with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV.
This floor level also includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a bunk room with two sets of bunks and rear porch access, and an additional full bathroom with access to an outdoor enclosed shower.
The second level offers a secondary living area with a wet bar, balcony access, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The living space includes a card game table and a large sectional for movie nights. The shared bathroom on this level features a tub and shower combo. "Simplicity" 4-BR Vacation Cottage in Seaside
Serenely situated on Forest Street, Simplicity is a newly renovated, 4-bedroom cottage located close to the Seaside Chapel and the town's attractions, and just 2-3 blocks to the beach. Ideal for family gatherings or group getaways, it’s a short walk from the Westside pool, the beach, and Central Square with its happy hum of everything Seaside going on.
The home features expansive porches on both floors. The first-floor porch offers cozy outdoor seating, perfect for morning-through-evening relaxation, with a step down to an great outdoor ground deck, hung with lights and with Adirondack seating for an additional five to gather, whether coming or going, over a yarn or a beverage.
Inside, an open living space with a large sectional and a flat-screen TV is adjacent to a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table for eight. This floor also includes two bedrooms (a king room and a bunk room with a double bunk bed), sharing a modern bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
Upstairs, two more bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms. One room has a queen bed with a tub/shower combo, while the other features a king bed and a rain shower. Welcome to You, Me, and the Sea, a beautifully renovated coastal beach cottage on the iconic Tupelo Street - the founding street where Seaside began. Inside, this spacious and airy home, beach-white throughout, offers open-plan living and dining with a 3-step staircase leading from the lounge to the main communal space. A comfortable and relaxing environment with lovely furnishings, this home offers a large screened-in porch off the kitchen that is perfect for outdoor dining, and makes a getaway within a getaway for the whole gang.
