1 KING LOFT BEDROOM

Once Upon a Tide 1 is a larger one-bedroom lock-off located on beautiful Seaside Avenue just one block to the town center and a short walk to the beach.  This lock-off has a very private side entrance with a large welcoming front porch, furnished with an outdoor dining table that seats 8. This dining al fresco open-air porch is the perfect set up to enjoy outdoor dining, morning coffee, or a nightcap with sweeping views of the very private large yard and white picket fences.

Step inside to the open living area that has a flat screen TV, and is adjacent to the dining and kitchen area.   The dining area comfortably seats four and the kitchen has a breakfast bar with additional seating for another four. There is a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage and cookware to accommodate any length of stay in Seaside.

Upstairs is the king primary loft bedroom, with a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.  Directly off the king loft is a large open-air private porch with a seating area for two with treetop views of the landscaped yard, white picket fences, and Seaside brick-paved roads. This is the perfect afternoon getaway or reading spot.

Once Upon a Tide 1 is a much larger one-bedroom lock-off escape for couples located on a quiet corner of Seaside Avenue and Savannah Street. Need a little more space?  Be sure and check out the additional two-bedroom lock-off option, Once Upon a Tide 2.

(Please be advised that some exterior areas of this home are under video surveillance.  HVAC thermostat is locked to not allow air conditioning temperature to be set below 68.)

3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break & Summer | 2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We have stayed at Once Upon a Tide 1 for the past two years. It is the perfect place to spend your beach vacation. It has a private drive, it provides plenty room for two , it is beautifully decorated , has a well equipped kitchen with major appliances and conveniently located to Town Center and the beach. Who could ask for more??

My sister and I enjoyed our recent stay. The home was comfortable, well-equipped and convenient to the gym, the pool and only a few blocks to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Also, the outside dining and sitting areas are private and well-maintained. I will definitely stay again!

What a perfect location and cozy little spot! Hope to be back soon. Theres plenty of room and the cottage feels homey and very well appointed. Easy walk to the beach and anything in Seaside square. Love how quiet the place feels and if it werent for the relentless heat we could have taken advantage of the porch and balcony more. Would love a fall trip with coffee in the upper balcony. Hope to plan another visit soon!!!
