Spend this Fourth of July in Seaside, Florida, and celebrate the holiday with a beachside getaway trip. In Seaside, we have great rates on our vacation cottages, and typically only 3 or 4 night minimums for summer, and currently we have several options available for the holiday weekend (check availability). Available vacation rentals range from 1-bedroom up to 6-bedroom, and some are pet-friendly, so bring the family's best friend along for the trip too.

Seaside Events for July Fourth
The summer is packed with events in Seaside, one of the liveliest spots along 30A, and the dial turns up even higher for the July 4 holiday weekend.
July 4th is an all-day celebration,with events planned from 9 am to 9 pm. The Seaside Amphitheater gets the day started with live music, a hot dog eating contest on the stage and free watermelon for everyone to cool down with, as well as special giveaways, and a stilt walker to add to the fun.
This piece of the July 4th action ends at noon and leaves you free to enjoy the beach and explore the town with over 35 shops and restaurants and various festive activities happening. But check back in the evening for a free live concert on the stage in the Amphitheater, followed at 9 pm with Seaside's spectacular Fireworks over the Gulf.
All summer in Seaside is filled with events, with both Friday and Sunday nights featuring Movies Under the Stars in the Amphitheater, beach volleyball at the Coleman Pavilion on Thursdays, the fabulous Farmers Market on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and on Wednesdays we liven up the mid-week evening with live DJ music from 6 pm - 8 pm in the Amphitheater.
Guest Cottages in Seaside
Everywhere in Seaside is a short walk or bike ride of less than a few minutes, with the eclectic or the gourmet around every corner to surprise you. It's a master planned, 80-acre community saturated with comfort, ease of use and a great combination of privacy and public fun.

Lemonade Stand Cottage
Sleeping 12 people with 3 Kings, 1 Queen and 4 Twins, this beachside cottage is literally just a few steps from the Odessa Pavilion that opens to Seaside's private beach. Gulf views are stunning from Lemonade Stand, and there are spacious open porches both front and back, perfect for gathering to eat under the stars, or for enjoying coffee or wine.
Indoors is a pleasure to live in, with two floors to accommodate the six suites and bathrooms, and spacious living areas with high ceilings, a great kitchen and dining area, plus a breakfast bar and other nooks and thoughtful amenities. Guests here feel spoiled, and so can you - take a look.
This Side of Paradise Cottage
This Side of Paradise is a 3-bedroom cottage just a few houses from West Ruskin Pavilion that leads to the beach. In a perfect location for both the beach and the town, this beautiful cottage has a third-floor tower with panoramic views of the Gulf and the town, along withbar seating for four.
One floor down offers a private porch and hammock to accompany the King suite and the ensuite bathroom with elegant tub, and on the ground floor there's plenty of outside space for gathering or sitting quietly, with more porches, and an outside shower. Inside, the living space is bright and airy, with a stunning wide stairway to the upstairs, and a gourmet kitchen with adjacent dining area. This Side of Paradise is VERY comfortable, both cozy and exciting at the same time - check it out.
