Stepping inside, the first-floor living area welcomes you with its cozy ambiance, featuring a comfortable sitting area where you can unwind after a day at the beach. The adjacent dining room is the ideal spot to gather for meals, and the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious dishes right at the cottage. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or whipping up a family dinner, this kitchen has you covered.

Venture upstairs to the second floor, where two inviting bedrooms await. The spacious primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a private bath complete with a refreshing shower. The second bedroom, thoughtfully designed to accommodate both family and friends, offers a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. This bedroom shares a convenient full bath located just down the hall.

Plum Lazy truly excels in providing inviting outdoor spaces to relax and soak in the seaside atmosphere. The quaint front porch is perfect for people-watching and enjoying the day’s gentle breeze, while the larger, furnished porch on the second floor serves as an idyllic spot to sip a cool drink and unwind as the sun dips below the horizon.

Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active coastal adventure, Plum Lazy serves as your perfect home base in the heart of Seaside.

For additional accommodations for larger groups, the 2-bedroom cottage next door, Plum Crazy, can also be rented to create a four-bedroom space. The two cottages are connected by the second-story porches.  That makes you Plum Lucky, which is the name of the combination of the two homes being rented together.

5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

This unit is in a great location. Three-minute walk to the center of Seaside shops and restaurants. This is a lovely older home, in great condition, with all the appeal and feel of the period. The unit is exceptionally clean and in very good condition. The property management company is by far the best I've ever worked with. Very responsive and went out of their way to help make us comfortable!
