When you are dreaming of a perfectly appointed Seaside cottage, look into Plum Lazy.  It is located behind the Ruskin Place Artist Colony.  It is also conveniently near the many shops and restaurants around Central Square. The first-floor living area provides a comfortable sitting area and dining room.  A fully equipped kitchen on the first floor gives you the tools to whip up evening meals.  Two bedrooms are located on the second floor.  The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath with a shower.  The other bedroom has a queen-size and twin-size bed.  This bedroom shares a full bath located in the hall. 

This cottage offers several places to relax and enjoy the sea air.  The smaller front porch is perfect for people watching and enjoying the day.  Or try the large porch on the second floor of the cottage.  Completely furnished, it’s a comfortable spot to enjoy the afternoon or evening. 

For additional accommodations for larger groups, the 2-bedroom cottage next door, Plum Crazy, can also be rented to create a four-bedroom space. The two cottages are connected by the second-story porches.  That makes you Plum Lucky!  

5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We loved staying at Seaside and can't wait to go back. Great white sand beaches within minutes of the house, along with restaurants, shopping and treats. Our kids enjoyed the pools and that we could walk to everything. - JMP

We rented this two bedroom vacation home for a long weekend for a wedding. It was a perfect house! We were walking distance to the plaza with restaurants and shopping, walking distance to the beach and walking distance to the wedding reception. The house was charming, in perfect condition and came with several amenities including two bikes which we were able to use to tour the whole area. There was plenty of room for the three of us with two bedrooms, a king size bed and a queen size bed. I would definitely return.

Plum Lazy is a cute, comfortable house in beautiful Seaside. We would have liked some room-darkening window treatments in the bedrooms and a better eqiupped kitchen. We enjoyed the short walk to the stores, beaches, and pool. Great rocking chairs one of the three porches.
