How Can You Help Victims of Hurricane Michael?

Hello, first and foremost thank you to all our guest inquiries, those guests that arrived to no power and made the most of it, and our owners with their non-stop willingness to help and house several of our most impacted employees, Thank you!

 

Next we have received several calls from arriving guests and owners asking how they can we help victims of the storm? Below is a quick bullet list and some links on the best and most effective way to help.  According to VolunteerFlorida.org,  the first immediate greatest need is cash.


Homeowner’s Collection and owners have partnered with The Chapel at Seaside in their campaign to immediately raise funds and donate checks to those greatest impacted residents now. The Chapel at Seaside is a 501 (c) (3) and you can make a tax deductible donation by credit card on their website with the drop down selection of Hurricane Michael. The next greatest needs are non perishable items. Below is a list of the top requests. One of the easiest drop off centers is The Walton Chamber of Commerce after you cross the bay bridge on your right. The Chamber is receiving donation drop offs Mon – Fri from 8:30 – 4:30 pm at the Walton Area Chamber Office (63 S. Centre Trail Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459).
